REMINDERS IN THE AUDIT REPORT
WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THE AUDIT REPORT SHOWED THE REMINDERS THAT WERE SENT OUT AND WHEN...SEEMS STUPID NOT TO HAVE THAT INFORMATION IN THE AUDIT REPORT

New design
Hate the new "Acrobat experience" Takes up too much space in the side bars and requires massive searching and no customization. Just horrible, change it to justify a higher ups job?

Your plan is a scam
Your new version of Acrobat Pro is absolute JUNK! I now see that I will be charged $109 if I cancel my plan, I was not aware of this but rest assured, you may continue to get my $19.95 per month but I will NEVER use another plan of yours. I will not even use this new version. I will go back to using my XI Pro that I've used and enjoyed for many years. Good-bye, you have lost a customer forever and I will make sure to tell ALL of my colleagues and associates of this surprise billing catch.…

So sorry this application has gone to the dogs!
You have destroyed my ability to convert PDF to Word. I have a premium plan at $54+ per month and as of today I am continually asked automatically by Adobe to sign up for another $19 per month for cloud options. I have no desire to have the option to the cloud and need to be able to use my account right now!
Guess I will have to cancel everything! So sad!

poor software
Help implied it had no solution as I do not have an "active plan" but offered a free trial which I am using to ask a question.
My issue is that I have a small PDF which I loaded to convert to a DOCX file. It has been running for hours with no result yet.

Worst experience
Worst experience trying to compress a pdf file. Kept getting error message that file is already compressed however I could not locate where the compressed file is

Cannot compress an original file with a different compression setting
Need to compress a file (original) with a different compression, but I get the error that my (original) file is already compressed. Changing the file name does not help. I could not download the earlier compressed file stuck on adobe's cloud, so I deleted it.--I still cannot compress the (original) file again like I need to.

highlight highlighted text - get translation - get meaning
in web version - 1) i can't highlight highlighted text.

Rubbish unhelpful unwanted 'feature'
I just clicked on the Rotate button on a pdf document opened in Acrobat and instead of simply rotating the page as it used to do I now keep gettnig directed to a new window with an adobe url including '/link/' with a blank page and it won't let me get back to my already open document. How do I get rid of this unhelpful 'feature', plesae?

Mein Admin Account zeigt mir eine Lizenz an und mit den gleichen LogIN Daten funktioniert das wiederrum nicht. Der Fehler ist nicht auffindbar. Extrem nervig!!

Web Form/Adobe Sign loading failure
I have been trying to create a web form and the stupid thing has been hung on a loading screen for SEVEN MINUTES - it's a two page form, so I doubt it's a file size issue. Why does your bug report take you to UserVoice forum? This seems like an actual like, US-EAST type outage.
