I am trying to open up files sent by a client and I cannot get anything to open up. I kep getting this error message... "Something went wrong. Please try again later" Please help.

Misleading Marketing Tools
This side by side comparison is misleading. The last option listed in the image highlights for both of these packages that a person could split a pdf into separate files. However, after purchasing the standard package it does not give me the option to split and I am told that I need to upgrade. Misleading. Bait and switch.

No Delete on Files in Adobe DC
Restore the Delete File feature in Adobe DC (Cloud) as frankly Hide and as yet no Unhide is not in my opinion offering me the security of files I want. I do not want files lingering even in my own account.

Terrible programming
The web interface is an absolute disaster of stupid programming. I have 353 documents waiting for signature when I click on the settings icon but it displays only about 50. Did you hire a kindergarten class to program this. ANY experienced programmer would take one look at this joke and see how massively stupid it is.

there is no way to move a file I uploaded in "shared/for review" to files for organizing.
If a document is unshared, there is no way to share it again, create a link or move it to files to organize

Quick start incomplete
The quick start tools aren't showing all the options unless I decrease the zoom level on the Chrome web browser.

This is why I don't like apple! all of a sudden you chose to charge me $9.99 without me being asked!
Charging me for a site I looked at now and can't refresh it! You never asked or told me just because i agreed to pay 99cents to that plus $9.99. Also I change my password on my email account and it locks me out of my MacBook Air like I am ready to sell this. Charging me and because I'm not on it every day it locks me out I have my passwords written down then you say wrong why do I have no problem signing in anywhere else but this MacBook Air?

Interface Issue
Please make a way to dismiss the "Welcome to the new experience " dialog box at the top of the Sign Manage page. I can barely see anything else on mobile!

Cannot edit my PDF
I uploaded a PDF and it is not giving me the option to edit. I tried exporting it to a Word Document and I still do not see the option to edit. Is the document locked, or what could be the issue?
