For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I am not using this plan enough to justify this monthly fee.
    I was not able to find how to cancel my plan online.
    I was not able to reach anyone at the phone number listed on this monthly charge.

    PLEASE stop charging my Credit card for this monthly plan.

  3. The app keeps crashing in and then out and I need to login again please fix it and have notifications and location for this app and update this app please if you want to email me back

  4. Cant reach the profile page. I wanted to cancel the trial subscription I opted in this week.

  6. I paid for my licence but it's really difficult to know (i) what it does, and (ii) how to use it. At this point it seems like a complete waste of money. I'm really ****** off by this experience and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

  8. Button in Adobe DC Pro is not working, there is no error message prompt when button is pressed, when attempted to create on new electronic forms. Please help.

  9. The Acrobat is very cumbersome and doesn't work well at all. Your concept is very badly thought out and poorly engineered. It is software of inferior quality. Also your Cloud Access to Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is a serious issue and you can face serious legal action. Time for you to rethink your entire process as this is being reported to the authorities.

  10. Have 3 year subscription to Adobe Acrobat DC. Very disappointed. Unable to convert web pages to PDF. When printing web to Adobe PDF, prints uneditable images. OCR scans are negligible. When opening browsers, prompted to sign in when already signed in via the desktop version. And even after signing in via a browser, I'm still prompted to try trials for features I already have! Help is not helpful at all. Hardly anything works! WHAT IS THIS!!

    HELP!!!
    I tried to use your Adobe. Afyter converting to Word, it told me to sign in.
    "your account alredy exists"??? No!
    Then, I had to sidn in again... and my Documenmt is gone!
    Now: I simply want to convert to Word!!!

  13. I am a new customer. I need to scan documents and create PDF files. I've been on your site for about 15 minutes so far. I wanted to share my experience so far.

    Horrible.

    Firstly, this site requires 20-30 JavaScript sites, which I typically deny - and now I have to explicitly turn them on. Security needs to be brought in-house. Your customers depend on your security and using external sites is not secure.

    Next, this portal interface is too similar to the horrible Microsoft Enterprise 365 portal, which is difficult and very painful to use.

  14. Man kann plötzlich von heute auf morgen keine PDFs mehr schützen. Stattdessen soll man zusätzlich bezahlen. Besonders kurios wird das alles, wenn man auf die Webseite ohne Login geht. Dann kann man die Funktion nutzen.

  15. For the templates view, please push the STATUS column to the right - next to date. Then make the TITLE column variable so it can show more of it's text if the window is widened. This helps me with my very long template names.

  16. I tried Adobe DC and now it wont revert back to my regular adob. Keeps asking me to subscribe when I am already a subscriber. Tried to uninstall DC but it deleted all my files...just terrible.

  18. Dencode spaces when applying a filename to the downloaded file. I don't want to see %20 all through a file name!

    I see you are using S3 signed URLs. This should be possibly using the ContentDisposition headers with a filename set. Haven't tried it, but seems like a common use case: https://stackoverflow.com/a/47400974

    Keep up the good work! Really enjoying not emailing round PDFs for signatures.

  20. The user experience for this feedback tool is poor. It isn't clear when the user will have an opportunity to provide details about what is the bug. It seems as though this field (the one I'm typing in now) is the one where all of the details go, but I expected for this first field to be a short summary of what's the problem, and details to be provided in subsequent fields. In a previous bug/suggestion I filed, I wasn't sure what was next so I entered a really lame description because I thought I would have the opportunity to…
