I am pretty disappointed that I requested a quote for service in the call back I received and 4 days later I have still not received it, and I don't have the patient to "chat" with the AI again, this would be the 5th time and my contacts keep getting closed without being resolved, time for me to find a different service...

Not helpful
I need to stop uploading my pdf to the cloud. Accidentally checked "yes" when asked if I want all files uploaded to the cloud. Now I can't find how to undo this!

Unsuccessful Downloading/Printing
I have the Acrobat app on my work phone to compress a document to email. I have successfully email the pdf, and while its open in Adobe on my computer and I am not able to download or print. I don't understand why I'm not able to download it.

Bad Design
Per IBM, the public cloud is the worst place for confidential data, I only utilize adobe through the end of this year to help clients navigate the risk and then will gladly leave the adobe cloud behind.

TOO MANY POPUPS!!!
Adobe is so far over the top with helpful popups and tryme come ons that I have stopped using it and switched to NitroPDF, which lets ME choose whether I need all that help or not. My staff still use Adobe because I haven't given them a choice yet. If I am paying for Acrobat PRO could you at least provide an option in Preference to turn off the tips and advertisements or at least let me say "Don't show this again"?

Hello, I am using Adobe Reader and Editor in a corporate setting.
I am finding very time consuming that Adobe is asking for a password continuosly. I have even started to look for alternative software to read PDFs, despite I use adobe for +20 years.
I hope you can correct this issue soon as the continuous password pop-up every, time I initiate the software is annoying.

Einfach war einmal...
Es war bisher unkompliziert, geöffnete pdf-Dateien zusammenzufügen. Durch das echt umständliche Drag-and-Drop platzt mir der Kragen. Jede eingescannte Seite abspeichern, bevor ich sie zusammenfügen kann? ÜBLER geht nimmer!

The new E Signature update is not easy as the old one.
Email Id's not populating

You cant expect to sell a product when I needed prior training in order to properly evaluate the product.

Excel margins didn't stay true when I converted to Pdf
I converted a file from Excel to PDF but the margin settings didn't hold in the PDF. Not a good experience. The PDF is not usable as a presentation if the original margins don't hold.
