Can I delete documents?

Hello, I would like to unsubscribe from your service. It doesn't do what I thought it did. I understand is you bill me for this month, as I did attempt to use the tool, but please consider this notice (dated today, May 8,2019) that I am ending my subscription to your service. Please advise me via email that you have terminated my account with Adobe. Thank you for your help.

Edit PDF
Trying to edit a PDF & 'Edit PDF' has been removed from the docket/dashboard. Everything else is still in place but edit, is there a way to get edit added back?
3 votesIt looks like you posted this feedback from Document Cloud on the web. To edit a PDF file, you’ll need to download Acrobat which you can do from here – https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/appcenter/.

Name change
I cannot seem to change my last name (divorce) on my main screen. I have changed it on my profile, but it still shows up as my old last name. Sends files with my old name. Anyone have any ideas?

Can no longer edit my pdfs . it appears the pdf is affected by Google Chrome, but I cannot figure out how to edit now
Google Chrome appears to prevent me from editing pdfs now. I dont know how to get that feature to work now

Reinstallation of Acrobat DC & Bad Certificates

I already have a Subscription. However, I was having problems with my Mac operating system (High Sierra). I downgraded to El Capitan to try and correct these problems. My data is backed up in Time Machine, but if I restore it, it will reinstall the High Sierra operating system, creating the same problems again. I would like to download another copy of Adobe Acrobat DC, but I'm not sure how to do this and not be charged like a new member. Also, I was examining my Key Chain to check for invalid certificates. Bug in web app if accessed from mozilla
I am accessing document cloud from latest firefox but menu after clicking action button is hiding in case of mouse hover event
1 voteCan you tell us what version of FireFox you’re using and whether you’re on Windows or Mac?
Also try hovering over the item and checking the box to the left of the file icon. Then let us know if you can access the function you need from the pane that opens on the right.

File Downloads (.zip)
The old document cloud allowed for multiple files to be downloaded via .zip folder. I would like to have that capability back.

I can not remove the Office 365 sheet from my PDF why is it hiding my document/ that is crazy!!!!! Yes
For some reason the Office 365 Doc was plastered over my PDF file/ that needs to be removed from my download- that is ridiculous!!!!!
