Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The new update is terrible. I cannot move the window anywhere. The minimize and close buttons don't work. The program is absolutely useless now. I can't even right click to snap it left or right. and clicking the x or minimize just affects the program behind it. This is not workable and I need to use this to run my business. fix this now.

  2. All of the files we had sent through the system before July 12 are missing. These are files that go back to 2012 when we started with EchoSign. If this is Adobe and files are in the cloud then why the need to purge all my old agreements?? ADOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? That was 6 years worth of agreements and signed documents that you decided I didn't need anymore?!?!?!? I want an answer for this and a restoration of my missing files NOW.

  4. New Adobe Sign UI is awful. Added no new functionality, and made everything much less organized and harder to navigate. Please go back to the old! Don't fix something that is not broken. I can't even figure out how to send a reminder...

  7. pour le site, je ne sais pas, je ne vois pas l'intérêt du service. en général google drive ou one drive font mieux le travail.

    pour ce qui est du logiciel, c'est de pire en pire. j'aimerais vraiment faire un retour sur le sujet, mais l'utilisateur est bon qu'à payer non ?

  8. Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style. You ask for suggestions but Adobe will never undo what they already did. You…

  9. TERRIBLE LAYOUT - CANNOT SEE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR WHAT FILE WAS SENT!! THIS IS CRITICAL!! I SHOULD NAME EVERY FILE BASED ON THE RECIPIENT FROM NOW ON?? WHY IS IT YOU CANNOT COMPREHEND THE NEEDS OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? Attractive layouts do nothing is work flow is impeded. This was a terrible terrible mistake on your part. Please fix ASAP.

  10. New format is terrible. I like the Dashboard view. Do not like the new document view, hard to view by category (yes, I saw filter, I am speaking about that). Also, I can no longer sign from a delegated email address as I had on all previous documents for the last few years. That last bit is the most important part. I do not see how our company can continue with this product if I can no longer access links sent to an email address I am delegated to receive.

  11. I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.

  12. I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

    Like how many are still out for signature??????

    I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?

  13. This new layout is so much more difficult to use. Horrible decision on your part. You can not type in the template field, can only upload a file and can't change the customer info in this view. You also cant not see everything clearly on one page. GO BACK TO THE LAST LAYOUT!!! PLEASE!!!

  14. This new format is TERRIBLE!!! Now agreements are buried down in the list instead of categorized by out for signature, completed, or waiting for my signature. It took 3 extra steps to get to the document history. HATE IT.

  15. This new layout is dumb.

    All it shows it "Recent" Documents. There are few ways to filter. there is no advanced search to find specific documents. there is no browse feature.

  16. this is an absolutely horrible new layout - cannot see names or easily access my files. did you even both to notify people and we missed that email or did you just dump this on us on a Monday morning?
