Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  6. Customer Service is awful. Online Chat agents will only help until they are stumped and then they hang up on you. Might be time to find a new product.

  11. It's stupid UX, I uploaded file to compress without sign-in. system shows me that file compressed but no link to download, then I signed-in, and when I compress same file I error file was compressed without any link where to download. It so unclear how to do such simple action

  16. hello, your pop window for everything new and cloud shenanigan is really annoying!!!!!!
    yes we know you have other product but got shut off this non BS or have a means to turn it off.   20. I have been trying to create a web form and the stupid thing has been hung on a loading screen for SEVEN MINUTES - it's a two page form, so I doubt it's a file size issue. Why does your bug report take you to UserVoice forum? This seems like an actual like, US-EAST type outage.
