   On Adobe Acrobat web, if you have an unlicensed AKA FREE account, you can integrate 3rd party storage by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > ADD STORAGE. For my account, the options include OneDrive and Google Drive.
   The moment I add an Acrobat Pro subscription to my account, this entire OTHER STORAGE section disappears.
   I remove the subscription and the OTHER STORAGE comes back.

   I have tested this on the following operating systems and browsers in all combinations:
   Windows 10, Google ChromeOS, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome. The bug is persistent.

   On your product's sales page, it explicitly states that this feature is supposed to be there:

   I also have a case with customer support that is running 1+ month already and just this week they said this is intended product design according to you dev team:
   ADB-33875246-F3S7
   They say "only free accounts can add 3rd party storage, none of the paid accounts have this feature".

   Having spoken to at least 10 different persons from customer support, with each one telling a different story, it is very hard to figure out who is telling the truth.

2. Terrible software, worse company

   I'm truly shock at how miserably worthless this software is. No wonder everyone in graphics worth their salt I know avoids your company like the plague. Keep working on a useless AI chatbot like it'll fix your stock dropping like a rock.

3. AI Assistant is a hoax

   Tried my first document with AI Assistant. It's a 15 page PDF. I got error messages and "this document is not supported", but no information why. It's a PDF with text. What kind of AI just leaves it at that? Why can't I ask it what is wrong with the document. Is it really AI if it's just following pre-programmed messages that don't give you any actual infromation? "An error occurred" is not an appropriate response and then that's it. So far not impressed with Adobe's versions of AI. It's still a flow chart of actions that are made to look intelligent.

4. Annoying Link with Outlook PDF Attachments

   I do not want the prompt to come up regarding sending my PDF as a link. It is blocking part of my email and is extremely annoying.

15. UX issue

    It's stupid UX, I uploaded file to compress without sign-in. system shows me that file compressed but no link to download, then I signed-in, and when I compress same file I error file was compressed without any link where to download. It so unclear how to do such simple action

    hello, your pop window for everything new and cloud shenanigan is really annoying!!!!!!
