For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. A customer asked for a way to share new versions of a review file. The main needs are to: a) direct all reviewers to the latest version, b) provide a way for everyone in the review to view the previous versions with comments.

  3. I met with a customer who asked for a way, as a reviewer, to set a default color that would apply across all reviews they participate in.

  4. I met with a customer who asked to be able to prevent reviewers from adding more comments but allow them to have access to view or download the file. Currently, the only options available to end a review are to Unshare (revoke access) or Delete the review.

  5. In a DC Web review, I have 4 comments unresolved and 15 comments resolved. However, the Review Filter does not allow me to display all 19 comments. I can only display 4 OR 15, not all.
    There should always be an option in a filter to "clear the filter" and view everything. I don't see that option in the Review filter.

  8. Is there a way to import comments added to the cloud version, so that I don't have to go from that to the InDesign version? I know this is the case for PDF, but can't see anything for cloud version.

    If you download a copy of a PDF file you’ve sent for review, you’ll receive a PDF file with all of the comments. You can then import those comments into InDesign using a new import feature. Here’s a video demonstration – https://youtu.be/89UemkTvOGs

  9. Acrobat Pro DC v. 2021.00520058

    Context: PDF review hosted on a Microsoft SharePoint server with Single Sign-On (SSO)

    I am unable to connect to the server, check for new comments, send/publish my comments.

    In View > Tracker > Reviews > Joined, I'm am given "Error: Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access."

    There is no way to do this.

    Sometimes it says "Error: Could not get new comments. Adobe Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again."

    There is no problem with my connection.…

  10. Easily able to compare a previous version to the new version. And make the resolved issues still appear when reviewing.

    Right now for review, the person has to click the on the previous proof link (the one they marked up with their comment) and the link for the new proof that was created and toggle back and forth between windows to make sure the changes they requested were made. Also, if they can't remember what changes they requested, any change that I mark as "resolved" disappears and you have to click the filter icon and click "resolved" to get them…

    To log out of Acrobat Web, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the avatar icon located at the top right corner.
    2. After clicking, a menu list will appear. Select the last option titled "Sign out" from the menu.
    3. You will be successfully logged out of your account.

  13. Why can't I filter by "unresolved" in the shared review, only resolved. doesn't make sense, and why are the filter options different between all the different ways of looking at reviews? (Desktop app vs. shared online review vs. importing comments into InDesign).

  14. I like to have the ability to replace an already shared document in the cloud. Now I need to send my clients a new link for every new version. This can become very chaotic where clients use older links, or share the wrong link to third parties.

    It would be nice to have only one link where you can toggle between versions.

  17. Adobe DC PRO is what I signed up and subscribed for, yet just bought a new lapto, went to do the install & instead of DC PRO, I received plain standard ADOBE DC ? ,, Also the printer driver wasn't and isn't included automatically during the install process so the customers manually has to install like now, I have found myself attempting to do same to resolve this ongoing apparent issue with your software. Yes I am trying the repair installation hopeful it will resolve itself, doubtful though due to the need to give instructions to customers seeking resolution to…

  20. I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and I can't find the file to download the software onto my computer. It also state I can edit text and images tight in your pdf. I have not been able to do that because it keeps asking me to try the Acrobat Pro DC at $14.99 per month.
