Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again

bug with free trial
started free trial. EVerytime I go to try an adobe function eg compress it takes me bak to the start a free trial page. Tried multiple times. SO disappointing.

Very difficult to cancel trial plan
It's simply impossible to cancel the trial plan with too many verifications and eventually locked account, is this done on purpose? It's absolutely not customer-centric

Terrible support system
The Support experience over the past 2 days has been like a dog chasing his tail..
being transferred to multiple different people, getting different answers that don't solve the problem. explaining the issue over and over to multiple different people. I'm still waiting to find a solution to my problem and have 2 support tickets open 883306/8833022 votes -
reader opens instead of acrobat
when I try to open acrobat, reader opens instead. is this an issue with licensing? I have a pro subsription that should give me access to acrobat.

Tried to cancel, offered free, and now can't cancel without cancellation fee
I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.

ECHTER : IK BESCHIK OVER EEN ACCOUNT MET BETAALD ABBONEMENT !!! WAAROM WORDT EEN PDF NIET DIRECT IN DE PAGINA VAN MIJN ( BETAALDE) ACCOUNT GEOPEND ??? IK HEB OP DEZE MANIER TOTAAL GEEN GEBRUIKERS GEMAK VAN MIJN ADOBE ACROBAT ATANDAARD ABONNEMENT !

"Free PDF Editor" that is not free at all
I'm almost certain no one with decision making ability over at Adobe is going to care, but regardless, I'm just incredulous at the way you advertise a "Free PDF Editor", whcih comes up as the top result on a Google search as exactly that. It has a friendly upload button to upload your PDF to "start editing", so I do that, but oh suddenly no no, before I can continue I need to sign in or create an account. Ok, I say, that's really annoying, but I have an account, so I sign in. It takes me into the PDF…

Cheating on customers - Will you even read this?
The paid plan is useless, you are fooling your customers. First of all, you are misguiding your customers by compulsory yearly paid plans, or charging double amount to cancel the plan. Even after customers are paying monthly, you are not giving access to the tools that you show as "included" in your paid plan. Such a pathetic and worthless service.... Not expected from Adobe!!!

The cloud version of Acrobat is the worst!
I HATE this newest iteration of Acrobat. Just give me a desktop version that I purchase and let me go.
Why in the world do I want to upload documents to a cloud before working on them. Did any of you think about this from the customer perspective before deciding on this utterly bad product.
Feel free to contact me about this but make it someone with some responsibility - I hate yelling at people who don't have any accountability.
