Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.

  4. Indien ik een pdf wil openen, wordt deze automatisch geopend op een Adobe Acrobat pagina die de melding geeft : uw proef abonnement is verlopen sluit een abonnement af ! ECHTER : IK BESCHIK OVER EEN ACCOUNT MET BETAALD ABBONEMENT !!! WAAROM WORDT EEN PDF NIET DIRECT IN DE PAGINA VAN MIJN ( BETAALDE) ACCOUNT GEOPEND ???   6. Stop sending emails saying you are owed money when an account has been cancelled and you have received the cancellation fee. Disgusting to demand payment when you are not owed anything!

  7. Why is purchasing a subscription to your program so difficult? Why can't I just buy it on the site and use it? I need to look for some sellers whose websites do not clear how to buy this subscription...

  9. I'm not in Russia. And you company blocks the possibility to pay for membership on this reason, as if I'm in Russia. This is descrimination on national ground.

  11. Hello, I don't understand why you should be forcing people to use your service. I signed up for a free trial and canceled it 3 days after I realized the feature I wanted was not available. Please remove my card from your system and stop bugging me.

  12. I THINK I AM GOING TO PUBLISH THIS PUBLICLY...
    EVERY TIME I open a document now, it automatically opens it in Adobe and then wants me to start my free trial of Acrobat or Pro version. It has my user account icon lit at the top right of page. so as soon as I X out of the offer, it closes my .... document! I have to reopen my account and ACCESS MY SERVICES!!! and then upload my downloaded files or open my saved cloud files... It never used to do this! I have had an ongoing subscription for years!…

  13. I have a lot of respect for adobe, but with this experience i can its leader in fraud. I have to edit one document they keep saying its free free then created account, then asking money.
    wtf is this.
    why dont you ask this in the starting
    I have wasted my 1 hour.

  14. Possibly the worst free trial experience on the internet. It's not really a trial if I can do one file. Not a chance I subscribe as I assume this is indicative of the continued experience.

  18. Cancellation fees combined with an overpriced subscription...Adobe needs to lower their prices if they want more users. Think about it: Raising prices will only mean less people can buy it. You can't make the price of bread a million dollars and expect the poor to buy it. No. Make the prices low, PERMANENTLY, and you'll get more users. That will offset the cancellation fee, and will overall ensure a smooth ride with Adobe, so we can focus on what matters most, instead of worrying about how to pay this $30 a month subscription.   20. I have noted with Adobe Acrobat Pro, there is quite a delay everytime I open a document for the system to recognise I have a valid subscription - wouldn't it be worthwhile having a login for a session, not an individual document?
