Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

The UserVoice feedback pages are for feature requests and bug reports only. If your submission is not a product feature, suggestion or product question, it may be removed. Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information).   1. False Advertising, lying to potential customers

    Your ads say free pdf editor. This is a lie. If it is only free for 7 days then it is not free. I was going to buy your other programs, but not anymore. Trying to make customers pay for the small basics is pretty silly. I'll buy the big software programs from other people.

    How is this a free pdf editor and viewer when you can't edit with out paying for it?

  3. TOO EXPENSIVE for lite users!!

    your product is WAY too expensive. $350pa - wth! no way i'd pay $30pm for something i use infrequently. If you had a more reasonable amount i would definitely consider it, but i will stick with free options for now.

    Dlaczego została naliczona opłata za plan, który był tylko 7-dniowym planem próbnym?

    Jak mogę otrzymać zwrot?
    W MOICH PLANACH są tylko 2 "bezpłatne" plany.

  6. Cancel my subscription

    Please cancel my subscription to Acrobat DC. I have entered my cancellation in several places but it is very difficult to find out if it is being acknowledged. Please respond to charlotte.vogelmann@gmail.com that my subscription has been canceled.
