For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. When I convert to PDF from Word the font is distorted on the output PDF. So I've been uploading it for conversion online, and it looks great. Can you help me to be able to convert without going online? I wasn't able to upload samples from here.

  3. What would be really good is if I could search by a particular word/name through the signature request documents - I find myself searching by eye for an agreement between x and x, would be great if there was a way to just search for it

  6. I had taken help from a technical support from Adobe today - the problem was resolved but soon after I submitted the Survey form - the the font -print started to ***** / or break up - and even my the there was voice break up in my video meetings after that. I am very concerned.

  8. Every time I try to edit or add text, the program freezes or no longer functions correctly (allowing me to click on different actions/functions, but not preforming any of them).

  11. How do I remove Lee & Associates from my account? Your emails to clients state "Certificate of Completion between Lee & Associates NCSD and Lynn Otto is Signed and Filed!". I haven't been with Lee & Associates since 2012.

  12. I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.

    Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

    Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

  13. I have an Adobe Acrobat account but all of a sudden all my PDF files are unreadable. The message is telling me it can't find the file and to check if I have the address correct.
    As I use a lot of PDF files, I need to know what has happened and how to fix it quickly

    Po zkušební době došlo automaticky ke stržení peněz, aniž bych platbu potvrdila.
    Účet chci obratem zrušit.

  17. Often times after editing a document to send out for signature some of the text is replaced with black dots, even after changing to a compatible font prior to sending out.

  18. There must have been some update to adobe sign which prevents automatic field recognition? It worked previously, but I know there was a revamp in the online document management system.

    Is there any best practice guides to getting the automatic signatures to line up when sending?
