  1. The new placement of text/signing boxes works well for completing documents electronically. The uploading and sending of those documents? Not working well. Takes 3 or more times sometimes of prepping a document, entering remarks, and trying to send before it actually gets sent out.

  2. When moving a text zone, releasing the click makes the zone move slightly down, as if it was "settling in" in a sort of 3D effect. While probably done on purpose to look cool, that makes it very difficult to precisely place text zones where wanted.

  3. Fields have been created for me but some are not actually places for the signer to enter information, and when I click "Delete Field", the field will not be deleted/removed. So I have to go back to the old version which is frustrating.

  6. My customers are confused by the button to complete signing the documents that we send them. They don't understand that in order to complete the signatures, they have to click or tap on the "Sign" button at the top of the page. I think it would be more simple to change the word on the "Sign" button to "Click to Complete Your Signature" or Click to Finish your Signature" or "Finish" or "Complete" and to move the button to the bottom of the document, which for most other e-sign services, is the most logical location.

  7. My Signature was deleted from my Adobe Account. Your technical support team refused to help restore it. I have hundreds of saved documents in Adobe that are signed with this signature. Adobe could recover that signature from any of these documents, but refuses to help

  8. Since the update, signatures and dates are not appearing in the spots they're supposed to be, or where the blanks appear to be before the form is sent for e-signature. Usually the signature/date is higher than the blank line, appearing in the form writing.

Hi there, my team and I are experiencing issues with Adobe Sign documents not updating the status and signatures completed within the documents screen even though when you go into the document all signatures are completed. From the main screen the document is stuck on 'out for signature'. Can this technical issue please be investigated and fixed? thanks

    Hi,

    We understand you're experiencing issues with this version of Acrobat Web. However, it's worth mentioning that it's possible to change the default date format by adding a date field when using the Request e-signatures workflow, then double clicking the field and scrolling in the field properties panel and in the Date format drop down, selecting the desired format. This change will persist for future agreements.

  12. The only reason I use Adobe Acrobat is for it's ability to prefill template forms that I've previously set up. The new edit option does not allow me to work in "prefill" mode anymore, for example I can not tab from one space to the next. PLEASE bring back the prefill option for the new format. I will not use your product anymore if you don't and the only reason I'm still using it is that I can switch back to the legacy version. There needs to be a stage where you are not only editing the types of data…

    Hi Erin,

    We understand you're experiencing issues with this version of Acrobat Web. However, it's worth mentioning that it's possible to fill in fields before sending the agreement for signature using the Prefill Role. Below are the steps to do so:

    1. Start Request E-Signatures with any valid document.
    2. In the window to add recipients, do not add yourself; this will allow you to use the prefill role.
    3. Click continue.
    4. In the Authoring view, add the fields you need to fill in before sending the agreement and assign them the Prefill  role. 

    This way, when you click "Review and Send" and send the agreement for signing, you'll be able to pre-fill the designated fields.

  15. E-Signaturen werden nicht syncronisiert zwischen iPad-App -> WebApp -> Windows-Anwendung. Bitte schnell beheben, da man ansonsten keine Dokumente mehr unterzeichnen kann ohne unterschiedliche Unterschriften zu hinterlegen!
    Auch kann ich aus der Windows-Anwendung heraus das Anfordern von Signaturen nicht mehr starten. Die Anwendung startet ein Dialogfenster, aber es dreht sich nur der "Wartekreis" und nichts passiert.

  16. If I go to create a "reminder" to send to a client, it should send the reminder right away. I selected "every third day", but I want the reminder to be sent immediately upon creating the reminder as well - and not three days from creating the reminder.

  18. There are several issues we are experiencing (and other colleagues have experienced this as well!):
    Now that you can add multiple documents to an e-sign (finally!), it often puts the wrong document into the new window that allows you to add a document. I have had this happen numerous times.
    When you get to the window with the message portion, you cannot backspace and make corrections in the "message" box. You have to add info in to the title of the document which is then replicated in the message portion. There's no way to add additional info without the ability…

  20. Hi, I think Adobe updated last month and now the signature panel does not work properly. First of all, most of the time it gives error when you open the signature panel and the system closes every adobe pages. Secondly when you open the signature panel, you lost some of the filled information on the file. And the system automatically allow you to sign when you are one of the signer part before, now you need to wait for the mail and then open it and sign the document. This is totally wasting time.
