Acrobat Pro Web App Glitch & Desktop Inefficient
I'm having trouble with the "Request e-signatures" using Acrobat Pro on the web. A support rep helped me resolve the issue but said I'll need to use my desktop instead. My desktop doesn't allow for the use of a template without overriding the customizations such as the file name. This means I'll be adding custom fields each time I need to send the same document to people, whereas before I could customize a template that I had already set up the fields in. This is inefficient. Editing PDFs with web app not working
PDF files will not open for editing using the Acrobat web app. I get a message "preparing file for editing..." which holds (presumably) forever.

Request e-signature does not work, Support non-existent
Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

Gostaria que a página fosse em branco e a fonte fosse mais delicada.

DISAPPOINTED IN THE CHANGE
Was using Acrobat Professional on my computer. This changed yesterday. Now I can't "add text" like before. Acrobat tries to read the doc and changes it to a misread mumbo jumbo. Instead of adding my signature a coworkers comes up. I want to be able to use this without being connected to other employees

Fields need to be re-assigned
Assigned fields need to be reassigned every time a template is used
- Create a template using Acrobat Web
- Add fields and assign to Signer or Prefill
- Save template
- Select Use template
- Some of the fields assigned for Prefill are no longer assigned
- Some fields assigned to Signer are no longer assigned

Dislike the updated version...It's terrible!!!
Totally disappointed in this new version. It is anything but easy to use.
Wish I could go back, but if I do, I lose features that were available in the original version.

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. BROKEN
First, I can't use adobe sign in the desktop app because it crashes. Now I find a working way of using adobe sign and the signature fields aren't even in the places that I put them. I am so tired of this *. FIX YOUR *!!!! WE HAVE A BUISNESS TO RUN HERE!

AdobeSign Update Issues
- Multiple files need to be selected immediately in order to route multiple documents. If just one file is selected—even just to start—the system immediately kicks off the next page.
- The system combines all documents as it did before, but now there’s no way to separate the files. I can click the same buttons I used to to do this, but now ever routing package is just named “binder” regardless of what the file name is or what I named the routing package. I have to revert to just printing to PDF the pages I want, which doesn’t look as professional…

We are working actively on giving you a better experience, so now you should be able to select multiple files, please, let us know your experience. Also, we are still working to enable the feature to download individual files.
To change the name of the the files, you can do it right after uploading multiple files by just clicking on the document's name, also, after preparing the document, while clicking on Review and Send, a window should appear. The name of the document should be displayed and can be changed.
