Password Protected Signature Agreements
Hello,
I am a tax preparer. I use "Request Signatures" to send tax returns to clients for e-signature. I always password protect the document. But I recently learned that the recipient does not need to enter a password to view and e-sign the document. PW is only required to view the completed/ signed document. This is a major security issue for me. How can I password protect the document?

Unsupported file
More than half of the PDF files I try to load return an error reading, unsupported format. Yet they open in Adobe Touch and Reader on desktop. Please look into why so many files are Adobe PDF files but are inaccessible here. Example file attached

sort documents by signing status
It would be nice if we could sort documents that we've sent for signature by status - i.e. which are complete and which are still out for signature.

Document language missing (eliminated)

We are a company, who uses your services daily and we are very satisfied with the range.
Yet, we have noticed you eliminated the option of SLOVENŠČINA (SLOVENIAN LANGUAGE) from the drop-down menu in the EXPORT PDF service, i.e. document language.We were very happy to learn you included this language since it has linguistic attributes many others do not incorporate, and we mainly work with that language.
Ever since you eliminated it, it has been noticeably harder to work with documents in any form.
Is there any possibility you will put it back on the menu? We would…

Not good product or support
Your online support is not good. It will not let me contact anyone. It keeps going back to my old support conversation. I have been on hold on the phone for over ten minutes as well. I think I may want to go back to DocuSign. I thought Adobe was a big company.

Typing RETURN creates unwanted "/n" characters in message field
When I type a "Return" into the message field this causes the characters "/n" to appear in the message (Windows 10 PC). Can you please stop that? I would like to have the ability to present a message properly spaced without extra characters (I don't want) appearing.

Confusing Sender Pre-Fill Setup
Hey there, I am confused at how to add the sender pre-fill area. For some reason while editing the template, when I switch to sender pre-fill, it switches all the boxes I just put as participant 1?
Really weird. Hellosign makes much more sense.

Can't sign a file that is already in Document Cloud.
There is a file ready fo me to sign in the documentcloud. It is in the Home tab. When I select it and click "Fill & Sign" I am asked to upload a file. I don't want to upload a document, because it is already there and I selected it to be able to sign it but the system appears to have forgotten all that.
This is a bug, right ? It makes no sense to me otherwise.2 votes -
Awful change to adobe sign interface -- where is create a web form gone???
New adobe sign interface is awful!!!!! How do I know create a web form? Was so easy on the old sign. Even the tutorial on your own website for this shows the old interface. Its very very frustrating!!!!

New Adobe Sign is abysmal - go back to old version
Every time you make a change to Adobe Sign it becomes less and less user friendly.
It is now practically unusable and we will be looking to move to a different provider at the end of our contract unless it is rectified to be user friendly. We have been with you for years, but this is just impossible to work with.
Just go back to the original format, it was easy, convenient, quick and simple to use. All you have done is make it worse with every update.
Or give people the option to use the classic mode, as default.…4 votes
