An idea for comments: If it would be possible to be provided with the option for the selected text to be quoted in the comments section. Instead of it just been demarcated in the comments as "Highlighted text"

    Hello Charlotte Arnauld,

  8. After accidentally clicking through to the Adobe Acrobat home page, I went back and while my comments are present and I can view them in Print Preview, they do not show up inline (on pages after the first). I mean, the text boxes show up inline if I click on the comment in the side frame, and the text in the side frame is correct, but the text itself does not appear on the document itself.

FWIW, I'm using orange as my text color.

  9. Let the designer accept/complete the comment without it disappearing from the list for everyone to see.

Create an opportunity for the sender to check off comments that have been corrected so that the comments stay in the list for all to see but the designer can track what has been corrected.

  12. Hi,
I used to receive in my email the comments inserted in the different document for review, but now they seem to have disappeared, it would be handy to get them back.
Additionally, for a brief momment I could see in Creative cloud a differnt view where it would specify how many pages out of each document had comments, which was also handy to get an overview of how many corrections we have to tackle, would it be possible for that view to come back, along with the comments in the emails

    Hi Marta Imizcoz,

To ensure that we are not inundating users with emails, we have established a daily limit on the number of emails a user will receive for a particular document.

Regarding your feedback on displaying the number of pages with comments, we have received it and will be discussing it internally to determine how we can incorporate it into our future plans.

    Regards,

    Amit Gupta.

  15. The first free compression that you allowed reduced the file to terrible quality ( ususable), I had clicked the box for compression to a final file of 12mb, yet it gave me a 525k file that was useless. Now you want me to do a free trial. I feel that you are not being honest and tricking me to sign up. Not happy and would appreciate another attempt before I have to sign up

  17. Hello.

I have students send me files to my email.
I then import them into adobe acrobat, review and provide feedback, and then send back to them.

Is there a way to crease an address or provide a link to the students, to send the files directly to a specific folder within my adobe acrobat account?

    Dear Walkiria Jimenez-Loo,

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Currently, we do not support sharing a public link for folders in Acrobat Web. However, you can share the PDF with recipients by using the "Share Document" section. Please follow the steps below to share a document with other recipients:

    1. Click on the "Share Document" section located in the top right corner. This will open a share sheet.
    2. Enter the email address of the recipient in the input box and press Enter.
    3. You can share the document with multiple recipients by adding their email addresses.
    4. Click the "Send" button to share the document with the recipients.
    5. The recipients will receive an email containing a link to the document.

We will discuss your suggestion internally to determine how we can incorporate it into our future plans.

    Regards,

    Amit

  18. Hard to tell which comment bubble goes with which comment. The highlighting should be more obvious and happen right away. Ditch the subtle animation on the talk bubble. Takes too much mental energy to process when I need to focus on the changes.

  20. When I share PDFs I have to use the dropdown menu for each comment and mark them Resolved. This is very close to Deleted and I have deleted comments accidentally that cannot be recovered. Please change this to the checkmark box option that's in normal PDFs. The Unchecked filter works better that way as well. In shared PDFs when I mark an edit Resolved it doesn't disappear even though my filter is set to only show Unresolved comments. I have to keep turning the filter on and off to hide the resolved comments. The checkmark feature is so much better.…
