Move Continue Button to Top
Move the continue button for terms of use to the top of the web form documents from the bottom. My customers struggle to scroll and find it.

Stop making changes
Stop changing this app. It worked perfectly fine the way it was. This is exactly the same, just in a different order. It took me twice as long to route a document because I had to go slowly to make sure I didn't miss a step. The form fields are off to the side and I can't drag it to make it larger. It took me 4 tries to type a personal message because the text box was hidden.

New Signature is still Horrible
This "new" version of getting signature still sucks which is why nobody wanted to use it. How do we switch back?

電子サイン依頼機能の使用を試みているが、5/19午後から「ファイルの結合」を行おうとするとエラーが起き先に進むことができない。端末自体を再起動やシャットダウンしても改善しない。

Offline versie niet meer toegangelijk?
De vorige versies terugzetten. Ik had steeds een offline mogelijkheid om de acties te doen die ik nodig heb. Via omwegen - die ik daarvoor niet moest te doen - kan ik pas aan mijn werk beginnen. Als ik een andere software vind die gebruiksvriendelijker is, zet ik dit abonnement stop! De updates zijn een ergernis geworden...

Adobe Sign approver initial glitch
There is a glitch in Adobe sign. Approvers are able to hit start and it activates the click to approve button without initialing the document.

Thanks for asking and give as the opportunity to help you. The Approver would be able to "Approve" the document when all the required fields are filled, if there's no required field, the user can click to approve without filling any field. To make a field required, after adding the field to the document, there's two ways to find the "required" checkbox, one is by double clicking on the desired field, on left hand panel the option would be available. The other way is by using left click over the field, this would display a context menu, which has the option.
If you have any other doubt, we will be happy to resolve it.

Spara signerarens namn som är kopplad till en epostadress så att man som admin inte behöver skriva in namnet varje gång personen ska läggas till för signering.

e-sign no working
I have signed up to a 4 licences corporate plan, the e-sign isn't available, which has caused loads of extra work, I have been talking to a virtual assistant for OVER 3 HOURS and the problem isn't resolved yet
it is unbelievable that it takes so long to solve something that suppose to be included in the license. Aren't the virtual assistants trained or is a learning on the job kind of training?1 vote -
Do not like the new website
The new website and format are extremely hard to use. The previous version walked the user through the process of fill and sign with next and complete buttons. This version does not and to be honest is difficult to navigate. I would like to see the site reverted back to the way it was. The red and black color scheme is nice.

Does not allow me to use
Your product seems to not be working each time I sign into Acrobat DC I get a message there is a network error and cannot communicate to verify my account

Adobe sign
I bought the Adobe sign package for a year & i have not been able to use it ever since.
I tried adding my sign & tried adding a doc for sign & all i see for hours is a loading sign.
there is no live chat else any other user friendly & easy way of contacting somebody to fix the issue.
my money is wasted & i am using alternate methods to sign my documents.

Fill & Sign does not save changes
I have edited this page like 5 times and it will not save any changes made.

Bad help experience
I just had a very bad experience with one of your support people - Felicity. She was never rude or impolite but the experience was horrible. Once we screen shared and she had control of my machine, it appeared she was just 'fiddling' and 'guessing' about how to accomplish what I was asking. She also gave no warning when she took over control and didn't allow me to type in the chat. I am a brand new user and have faith that your product will be good for us, but my first help experience was not good. I think Felicity…
