Manage section for Adobe Sign is terrible
Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.

Horrific changes to the sign system! Complications now causing downtime in my business rather than efficiency.

Functionality
My document is not loading in the new look and feel format which means I can't progress it any further. I can't work out how to cancel it or pre-fill it. So it's just sitting here.

New Adobe Sign Interface
Not a fan of the new integration of Adobe Sign into the Document Cloud. The manage portion of Adobe Sign was a great way to quickly see who the document was sent to. I should not have to click on a document and wait for it to load in order to see who it has been sent to. It is a huge waste of time. Please make an option to revert back to the old version of Adobe Sign, or creat an option or setting to add more columns of information in the Sign Agreements page. We love using Adobe…

I hate this update
This new update is extremely disheartening. I was just on a call asking for assistance and the software update failed to include some very essential components. I ask the individual who was assisting me and it seemed as though he was not familiar with the new update himself nor did it seem that he understood what I needed assistance with. I want to know if there is a way to separate templates, signed agreements, drafts, and those agreements waiting to be signed. Reminder function/button missing
The reminder button/function seems to be missing from my new interface. I reviewed the user guide on Adobe's site and saw where it should be, I just don't see it among my options. Can you help? I use it often.

How can you set up signature reminders?
How can you remind someone for signature in this new version of Adobe Sign?
I do not like this new platform at all. So much functionality was lost... there is no manage page, no ability to remind either. Please bring back old features.

Terrible Sign update
The new manage for Sign is terrible. Before you had access to everything on one screen so that you didn't have to click back and forth to get an overview of what was going on. The old view was also much clearer with everything in its own section, now everything is lumped together and much more confusing.

HORRIBLE NEW DESIGN!!!
ITS HORRENDOUS! Its insane how horrible this product is. i HAD BARELY LEARNT WHERE TO FIND MY FILES UNDER THE "MANAGE" TAB. now all of that is gone, without notice! in the new interface, you dont even know who is the one that has signed the document. You should be ashamed with this product. I cant wait to move on.

Update is horrible!
This new website is terrible. Not user friendly at all. We send out a large batch of contracts to our clients twice per year and have enjoyed the simplicity of using Adobe Sign. I especially liked how easy it was to send reminder emails. This new layout makes it difficult to find a specific client (I have to click through each document), and I haven't been able to find the reminder option anywhere. Yes, it has a more modern look, but when you're sending out 75+ contracts at a time, you don't care how it looks, you want it to…

New Adobe Sign is horrendous, not well organised, the previous version was great.
Hi guys, for the adobe sign part, I really don't like the new look, is there a way to go back to the old version, as it was much easier to navigate who signed what form etc. Now its very difficult.

cannot re-send files for signature from cloud
The option to re-send a file is no longer available. Please re-instate this vital feature.
Also, when viewing files, it was handy to have them sort into categories - waiting for signature, signed etc. this is no longer available either.1 vote
