For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. actually just working - I am trying to save a document for a client and it just keeps saying an error has occurred - I have tried several different ways- your software needs to be more reliable considering how much I am paying. I will need to use something else instead because this just can't do the most simple tasks like combining a document.

  5. Online Adobe Acrobat Documents. Good improvements, but convoluted. How come I can't delete with an icon DIRECTLY visible? Why when making a edit of an Adobe Scan PDF does it save it in 'Your Documents'??? I don't want more DUPLICATES. Can be stressful when getting work DONE.

  6. Adobe opens documents however then attempts to login to the site and glitches then closes the document. I have found the only way to open a document is to login then save the document then open it. Very disappointed that I paid a subscription for an extremely glitchy non effective product.

  9. Our clients often don't hit the final 'sign' button as they have already signed the documents. We believe the final 'sign' button would be clearer if it was labelled 'send' (or something like this).

  10. I used to have a whole bunch of options when I wanted to send a document for e-signature. Now, it doesn't give me any options, and it doesn't do what I want! I can't change the message like I used to, I can't add more receipients like I used to, I can't say that I've already created my signature fields like I used to. Document signing has always been frustrating, because the options change every single time, but now it is REALLY frustrating!

  13. Adobe online account and desktop account keeps crashing. I've done everything I needed to do to uninstall restart clean and fix it. Paying for pro DC and nothing works online or on desktop application.

  14. I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.

    Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

    Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

  18. I get an Adobe window opening in Edge every time I open a .pdf file. the file will open in the desktop app and then the edge window opens over the top.
