For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

    To check with whom you have shared the document with. Please click the share button on the top bar.

    Once you click the share button, the share sheet will open and have the details of the people you have shared the document with.

  5. signature request documents showed up when I first loaded the page. They then disappeared and no longer show up before I did anything, and I can no longer see them unless I directly access them by the original URL sent to me. These should show up in my dashboard!

This information will help us reproduce the issue. Did the tab remain inactive for an extended period while you were adding comments? Also, was the same file opened in 2 different tabs? Additionally, when posting the comment, did the UI display any errors on the screen?

    1. This template contract doesn't work anymore after some update you rolled out. When I press E-Sign, nothing happens. I have sent this template many times before without issues.

    2. I don't see any of the fields I had prepared.

    3. Some pages are squashed and stretched and look ugly now.

  10. Your program doesn't work!!! I tried in legacy, I tried in the new version I just keep getting errors. I have used your program for many years and now I am going to look elsewhere. This is ridiculous. It is overwriting all of my pdfs and thinking I want the signer to fill in every field. It is trying to do too much now. And it doesn't work to turn off the advanced editing.

    1. One recurring issue we've faced is the placement of signatories' signatures. Unfortunately, signatures often appear on a new page instead of the designated place within the document. This has led to signatories having to re-sign documents multiple times, which can be both frustrating and time-consuming.

    In our documents, it is essential for us to include the "date of agreement" as a required column. However, we've encountered instances where the date doesn't display at all. This inconsistency affects the accuracy and completeness of our records.

  15. Hello,
    I have some hardships I am experiencing with Adobe today. I have been working for about 2 hours now to try and compile a file to send for signature. It is very time consuming to delete out the auto populated fields I don't need (in the past, I could just hit the delete key and It went quickly), the file keeps erring out on me which results in kicking me out of it. I then have to log out of the website entirely and log back in to try and work on it again. It does not save my…

  16. Im really hating the new Adobe Sign Request Signature function. Its really not efficient at all. It takes me twice as long now to prepare a document for signatures. There should be a setting we can choose to leave our default on the older version should we so choose, instead of being forced into the new version, then to search for how to switch to legacy versions. Not a happy chappy here.

  17. By immediately going back to the old format on ADOBE SIGN - THIS IS A TRAVESTY - there was NOTHING wrong with the old format. You have lost your minds if you think this is functional or intuitive. What galactically stupid programmer thought this was an improvement?? After 10 years - I am out and changing to something better than this garbage. This needs to be blown up on social media to get you to change.
