After accidentally clicking through to the Adobe Acrobat home page, I went back and while my comments are present and I can view them in Print Preview, they do not show up inline (on pages after the first). I mean, the text boxes show up inline if I click on the comment in the side frame, and the text in the side frame is correct, but the text itself does not appear on the document itself.

    FWIW, I'm using orange as my text color.

  2. When signed, documents are missing ticked boxed and some text runs off the page. It was fine when I sent it for signature. I've just asked and the recipients don't see the ticked boxes either

  3. Your product as of the past month has been very glitchy, the program freezes, continually having to refresh, not saving changes, and adding multiple documents is horrible. I am at the point of canceling my subscription and going to Docu-sign. Horrible experience with the current product after the last changes.

  4. Need an exact search filter. When an agreement is searched, the search engine only highlights what is in the list and you have to scroll down anyway to look for the agreement. Searching a name to the agreement, should come back at the top of the list, or only one listed.

  5. We used to be able to upload files with signatures on them so that our providers could sign as well. Now that's not an option because the document is considered to be "secured." Please bring this feature back - it is essential for our work!

  6. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.

  7. The title of the document contained in the message to recipients should either not have quotes at all or the period needs to be inside the final quotation mark.

  11. Recently this service has been terrible. We use Adobe to send contracts for our business and it has been problem after problem. Documents aren't sending, having trouble saving documents, a client wasn't able to sign a contract yesterday, and the software is often not responding. It worked great before, but something is not right now.

  12. The latest update is not working properly. The e-signature fields are not where we are placing them in the documents and our clients are not able to sign properl;y.

Another thing to try is update the browser, the app works better with recent versions. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  13. In the old version we could drop multiple documents into the drop and drag box which was very useful as we attach multiple schedules to our documents. Now it only allows us to drop one document and then we have to go in and take additional steps to add more documents and it takes more time and takes longer to load.

  14. Let the designer accept/complete the comment without it disappearing from the list for everyone to see.

    Create an opportunity for the sender to check off comments that have been corrected so that the comments stay in the list for all to see but the designer can track what has been corrected.

  16. You broke the ability to send multiple e-sign templates WITHOUT warning & in the middle of a month. We have used your platform in this manner for 5+ years.

    This is insanely disruptive & a horrendous decision. You destroyed the flexibility of the platform.

    How in the world is this a good business decision?

    We will be moving to an alternative platform, good bye Adobe.

  17. I have now 2 separate documents with each party's signature, and I can't figure out why I can't make a combined one with both signatures on it! I'm trying to find a way of contacting customer support for a half an hour now, but there is literally no platform to contact you for help! I hate this.

  18. Hi,
    please i would like 2 things
    1. when i am reading, and highlight any text the right menu of "comments" automatically appears and the size of my width pdf is reduced, for the right menu, and for get again my desire previous size, i need close the right menu all the time.
    Then every time i use highlight after i need to close the right menu, and it is uncomfortable, will be better if the menu don't appears and is keeped hide especially when you use the highlight tool many times.

  19. The Adobe Acrobat e-sign desktop service does does not sign in and has a buggy and difficult to use user interface.

    There are three major issues I've had with it:

    1. Editing a document prior to sending is nearly impossible. Most documents probably follow this process: Get Template -> Adjust Template Fields to Specific Requirements -> Adjust name of file -> Add Signees -> Collect Signatures. For some reason adjusting templates prior to sending seems to be absent from this process. A template cannot be renamed, and specific fields are required to be filled by signees.   20. I wish you would put higher priority to implementing full functionality regarding PDF forms. As a Linux user, the need for Acrobat Reader to fill PDF forms has been the only reason to still have a windows installation since years now, and I would really have hoped that with the advent of web apps there would be no need for this any longer soon. PLEASE implement form filling in the web app!
