Adobe Acrobat Pro server problems!
I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

Document Template Won't Load
My document template won't load. I tried to open a few times and it keeps on loading. I already tried log out and login and even restarting my computer.

Adobe Sign app not working at all
Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!

Unable to Assign and request signatures
I am unable to Request signatures from our Corporate account. I can add email addresses but it will not allow me to proceed to the next screen to indicate where signatures are to sit.

Signatures not in the correct place
I placed boxes for signatures. The document is coming back with separate signature areas nowhere near where the boxes are placed. How can this happen?

Adobe sent my document to the wrong recipient
Hi, I sent a confidential document for signature to one person through the E-Signature option. I then received an email back from a different person with an almost identical email address - who had received the agreement from Adobe, although I had entered the intended recipient's email accurately. I do not understand how this happened, and it is is significant breach of privacy. Can you please contact me to explain?

Adobe Sign - Won't Load Document
When I upload a document and attempt to send for signatures, I can write the message to those I'm sending it to, adding their email addresses but that's it. When I click "Specify Where to Sign" it gets stuck @72% loading or it gives me the error message "Could Not Send, An invalid JSON was specified.

Sign can't work, tech support can't fix it
Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

Missing agreement in the Adobe apps
We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.

Sign app doesn’t work on Iphone
The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro
This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.
The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app

Add signer while editing document
It would really save me a lot of time to be able to add/remove signers while editing the signable document. Some documents have a thousand fields you have to add, and when you learn you've missed a signer, or added the wrong signer, you have to cancel and start all over again.

Title of the documents for e-signature
Hello, when we send multiple documents for e-signature, the file name by default appears as "binder agreement". I always rename it to the name I would prefer however, the edited name is never accepted. The documents once sent for e-signature will revert back to "binder". Can this be resolved? It appears very weird that the client receiving the document for signature receive it as "binder" for signature.

AdobeSign sucks
The new format for adobesign is sooooooooo bad! Super convoluted compared to what it was. When enter the email addresses, it wipes out the info from a form I just filled in. The only way I can do it is through the web vs the app, and the fields seem to be limited there. Please revert back. Why do so many people 'fix' what wasn't broken??

Also, you should be able to change to the old version if you go to your Profile > Settings > E-signing settings > Uncheck use the latest version > Save

Request e-signature does not work, Support non-existent
Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

Program is not working at all. Just try it and you will know what needs fixed.... everything
Your program doesn't work!!! I tried in legacy, I tried in the new version I just keep getting errors. I have used your program for many years and now I am going to look elsewhere. This is ridiculous. It is overwriting all of my pdfs and thinking I want the signer to fill in every field. It is trying to do too much now. And it doesn't work to turn off the advanced editing.

Very frustrating morning utilizing Adobe
Hello,
I have some hardships I am experiencing with Adobe today. I have been working for about 2 hours now to try and compile a file to send for signature. It is very time consuming to delete out the auto populated fields I don't need (in the past, I could just hit the delete key and It went quickly), the file keeps erring out on me which results in kicking me out of it. New Adobe Sign Interface is Horrible
Im really hating the new Adobe Sign Request Signature function. Its really not efficient at all. It takes me twice as long now to prepare a document for signatures. There should be a setting we can choose to leave our default on the older version should we so choose, instead of being forced into the new version, then to search for how to switch to legacy versions. Not a happy chappy here.

E-signing Emails Not Received For Over A Week
We have now been told by several of our clients that they aren't receiving their e-signing email from Adobe until over a week later? This obviously disrupts our business significantly.

For example, if is with just emails outside your organization that are having this issue, also if the agreements are not getting redirected to spam or if they didn't get lost in their inbox, if you are getting the confirmation email that the agreement has been sent and any other information that you might deem important.
