Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

The UserVoice feedback pages are for feature requests and bug reports only. If your submission is not a product feature, suggestion or product question, it may be removed. Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information). Spam, content that promotes illegal activity, vulgar or abusive language, or fraudulent or phishing links are not allowed on this platform.

    Hi Ricardo Muñoz,

    To log out of Acrobat Web, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the avatar icon located at the top right corner.
    2. After clicking, a menu list will appear. Select the last option titled "Sign out" from the menu.
    3. You will be successfully logged out of your account.

  2. I have spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to SIMPLY download a completed shared review (now unshared) PDF file from the cloud to my computer in order to bookkeep all comments. Many of your products are so hard to use to do simple tasks. I've been waiting for your web support to respond to chat for over :30. :(

    プレビュー上にも図示されていてほしい

    または表示させるかどうかを作成者が選べるようにしてほしい。

  4. 解決済のコメントの表示方法を
    「完了→非表示」にするのではなく、

    「完了→文字が灰色に(薄色)」や
    「完了→コメントに打ち消し線」など、
    他の閲覧者が完了済コメントの内容を確認しやすいようにしてほしい。

    既に完了した内容を非表示になっていたがために、同様のコメントを入力してしまうことが多いです。

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you might have encountered while using Acrobat Web.

    To view the resolved comments, please follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Click on the "Filters" button located in the upper right section of the comments panel.
    2. The filters panel will appear; there, click the "Resolve" button, and then close the filters panel.
    3. All the resolved comments will now be visible in the comments panel.

    To assist you further, I have included screenshots that guide you through these steps.

  6. Adobe Sign worked for a while but is now perpetually "Loading." I need to access signed documents. I'm an attorney; clients need their paperwork filed with the court. This is a problem that makes me wish I'd kept DocuSign instead.
