For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Hi!
    We are a company, who uses your services daily and we are very satisfied with the range.
    Yet, we have noticed you eliminated the option of SLOVENŠČINA (SLOVENIAN LANGUAGE) from the drop-down menu in the EXPORT PDF service, i.e. document language.

    We were very happy to learn you included this language since it has linguistic attributes many others do not incorporate, and we mainly work with that language.

    Ever since you eliminated it, it has been noticeably harder to work with documents in any form.

    Is there any possibility you will put it back on the menu? We would…

  6. Adobe sign never loads on the website. All I see is the Loading Adobe Sign... with the spooling circle. This happens every time I try to log on and it doesn't change no matter how long I wait. Refreshing or logging out doesn't help. I have a very fast internet connection.

  9. Adobe Sign worked for a while but is now perpetually "Loading." I need to access signed documents. I'm an attorney; clients need their paperwork filed with the court. This is a problem that makes me wish I'd kept DocuSign instead.

  10. Please update your tutorial for web forms. The new sign interface is not user friendly. The old version was easy to get code or a url for a website. Can't find it anywhere now and your tutorial shows the old interface

  11. New adobe sign interface is awful!!!!! How do I know create a web form? Was so easy on the old sign. Even the tutorial on your own website for this shows the old interface. Its very very frustrating!!!!

  12. Let me first say that I LOVE Adobe products. I have used Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and even Flash back in the day.

    My experience with something as seemingly simple as Adobe Sign... has been horrific so far. I'm an entrepreneur, and all I wanted to do yesterday was send a test document to sign so I could see how it worked, and then send a contract to one of my first clients.

  14. A 're-send' function would be fantastic. We get a lot of requests to re-send documents, having to go through the whole process again for the same documents/recipients can begin to take up a lot of time.

  17. I am getting very poor results from signing contracts and am preparing to abandon adobe pro dc altogether to find a program that allows me to send more than a 10 mb document. Please advise if you can fix this.

  18. The Acrobat DC app is missing a few key elements that the web version has. The ability to remind customers at specific times and the option to hide agreements.

    It would also be nice if we have an option for both web and app to organize agreements by folders you created. I use this app to have my clients sign tickets that I do and if I could sort out by folders it would make it a lot more easier to navigate.

    Also, reminders do not show up in activity and I think that needs to be added as well.…

  19. It's really nice to see all the pretty pictures when I log in, thanks so much, it really helps the functionality of your product. If you aren't too busy with fascinating art, could you look into the reason why the "stay logged in" feature doesn't work on my Windows 10 Pro PC? It would also be convenient if when I sort the pile of forms, they remain in the sorted order, rather than me having to re-sort them every single time I log in.
