For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. This new update is confusing and inconvenient. I cannot quickly see who the agreements are sent to under recent. The name/email is not shown unless I open it.
    When I send a template, I still have to review it to add fields, etc. which defeats the purpose of using a template. Why add this extra step?
    The old Adobe sign platform worked well and I'm disappointed in the changes made

  2. The changes you have made to the Adobe sign are absolutely horrible! It is difficult for customers to figure out how to sign. It is extremely stressful to send and organize it!
    I have used it for a few years and now have to consider using a different system. Please tell me you will go back to how it was

  4. The adobe acrobat reader doesn't allow to annotate pdf texts in Microsoft computer, as the app for android phones allows.

  5. The send for signature option in my Document Cloud continues to simply not work (the screen is brief, but it appears to say that "it is not available at this time") I send out several contracts a week, and I have had this problem at all hours of the day. It has been a drain on my productivity and is costing me clients. I love this product, but I need it to work properly.

  6. Online Document cloud is ridiculously slow loading.

    • Way too many loading errors. it makes using the platform Extremely FRUSTRATING!

    -Adobe Sign doesn't even load sometimes which ******* me off because I can't get the work done that I need to do.

  7. Hi. If I sign my document and send it to another for signing as well, the recipient is unable to sign back as I have already signed the PDF.   8. Why in the world would you make us email ourselves a link to be able to download? And we pay for the service. Then when you try to delete a X you can not do it. Totally disappointing. When my subscription runs out I will be be finding another program to use.

  9. The old document cloud allowed for multiple files to be downloaded via .zip folder. I would like to have that capability back.

  10. I hate how quickly it signs you out of the program. We need to be able to stay signed in for hours. We use this all day and it very annoying to have to start the program all over all the time!! Please fix this

  12. The new Adobe Sign layout is difficult to use. I frequently have to sign in again. When I have a document to sign and I click within the email notification to review and sign document, it frequently takes me to my list of documents and when I select the document I am trying to sign, it will open but will not allow me to sign it.

  13. In the past 30 days or so, the "send a document to be signed" function of Document Cloud has become completely unreliable. When I click to open that program (approximately 60% of the time) it simply comes up as a blank screen (with the document cloud logo in the upper left). I have clients who are relying on getting contracts out on a speedy basis, I cannot keep "checking back" every 10 minutes to see if a program is working again.

  14. The platform is nearly unusable. The desktop application and the online user experience has absolutely gone down the toilet. Everything use to be so simple and easy with Adobe Echo Sign. I am contemplating switching to docusign because the online version won't load properly.

  15. I kind of hate it after you changed it. I spend hours trying to make a new copy on phone, fill and send. Hate it hate it. Sorry but i am going to look for something else

  16. Why do I have resign in every 5 minutes to do anything? This is so frustrating that I cannot leave this open and use the signature functions without signing in every time.

  17. You have turned "Sign" into a completely FUBAR product. In order to add a signer before sending, I have to cancel the entire project and start over? Who the **** designed this? A learning disabled chimpanzee? This SUCKS

  19. This new interface is pretty terrible. Not happy with our purchase at all so far.

    The Adobe Sign experience is now so much more difficult. I want to just delete a draft document and am unable to do so and it is really difficult to manage and access the signing experience.

    To change your language, sign in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/. Click on your account icon (just to the right of the bell). Then choose Settings (the first option you can select). You can pick your preferred language under User Locale (the first option at the top of the dialog).
