4. Change back to old Adobe Signiture layout PLEASE

   Extremely difficult to navigate and understand this new Adobe Sign layout. Cannot select more than one agreement for bulk actions. Cannot find a way to delete drafts. When filtering by Status it seems to be in a random order. I relied on Adobe's last layout to give me quick and reliable information on what has been signed and what is pending. This is very disappointing from such large company with a large user base. No warning about a change and no way to see the old layout. Please change back to the old layout ASAP.

5. New Adobe Sign interface

   I do not like the new interface for Adobe Sign now that it's connected to Adobe Cloud. What happened to the previous format? I'm not seeing previous documents I sent out for signature. I always reviewed my documents in under the Mange tab.

7. Horrible new document signing interface.

   The previous layout allow me to easily view and see which contracts were drafts, sent for signature and signed in different tabs on the page. I am very unhappy after logging in today and seeing a completely different layout. This is not user friendly at all please give an option to return to the previous format ASAP.

8. Signature management

   I really don't like the new look on the documents to sign management page. I send the same document out often for signatures and now I can't tell who the doc was sent to without opening it. i used to be able to see what a had out for signatures including to who on one page. A real step backwards.

9. Can't resend documents for signature, help section doesn't help.

   This new look is ******. It does not work. I like the old look. I can't work like this.
   I CAN'T RESEND REMINDERS FOR SIGNING DOCUMENT ANYMORE.
   Your functionality is mispalced and hidden. Everyhting is in new places that I don;t know where what is.
   I hate this.
   And your help section doesn't asnwer to me where I can find stuff to do my daily work. I CAN'T DO MY WORK ANYMORE!!!

10. New UI is AWFUL

    Hate the new interface, far too many clicks required, slow loading and there is a ridiculous amount of white space, I used to be able to see several documents on the list now only 5. I want the old UI back.

11. I hate this update

    This new update is extremely disheartening. I was just on a call asking for assistance and the software update failed to include some very essential components. I ask the individual who was assisting me and it seemed as though he was not familiar with the new update himself nor did it seem that he understood what I needed assistance with. I want to know if there is a way to separate templates, signed agreements, drafts, and those agreements waiting to be signed. Also, It seems as though I have to click on every agreement to figure out who it was sent to. It no longer shows me who the agreement was sent to in the dashboard. I'm so displeased with this update.

13. Missing signed documents, overview, reminder options

    I can't find documents already signed. I had some documents in the previous version i need to download. I can't find those. Also where would I find signed documents in the future.

    The previous version also let me resent or sent a reminder. How do I do that now?

14. Revert System Upgrade

    Hi Rijul – I prefer the full review of signature status on one page.
    The new layout limits my functionality by only being able to filter on the status.

    What specific functionality needs will be met in the future due to the new layout?
    Because currently there are none from my viewpoint.

15. Very unhappy with new Adobe Sign

    I hate the new adobe sign in the cloud. Not user friendly. Have to open individual files to see who I sent it to. Can't easily find signed documents now. Can't print anything without downloading the files first.

    I want the old version back!!! Please. This one is awful!

16. New Adobe Sign Interface

    Not a fan of the new integration of Adobe Sign into the Document Cloud. The manage portion of Adobe Sign was a great way to quickly see who the document was sent to. I should not have to click on a document and wait for it to load in order to see who it has been sent to. It is a huge waste of time. Please make an option to revert back to the old version of Adobe Sign, or creat an option or setting to add more columns of information in the Sign Agreements page. We love using Adobe Sign, but not if it is going to take this much time.

17. Adobe Sign Update is appalling

    We have been using this Adobe Sign system for many months now and have found it to be a great addition to the way we send and receive invoices for approval. However, the new update which was done over the long weekend is very disappointing and has made the system extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly in the slightest. The new organisation system of documents which are out for signing and have already been signed are all mixed in with each other. We can no longer sort the files by name of the person signing these invoices. We have not yet been able to find the 'delete' button to cancel existing invoices which are incorrect or cancel 'draft' invoices. It is very difficult to navigate this new system. It is very slow to load files to be viewed. We have been unable to find the ‘reminder’ section to send reminders to people who have not yet approved an invoice. The only way to see where an invoice has been sent to sign is to click on it. There is no quick view option which lists all invoices in a logical order which are still to be signed. The scrolling function is also very difficult to use on the new layout. We can no longer see ‘cancelled’ invoices which is also very inconvenient. The print function is also appalling. You must first download a document before you can print it rather than printing it straight from the adobe system.
    99% of the time when you click ‘Click here to review and sign *****’ it redirects you to the ‘Adobe cloud’ and you must navigate your way through to find the invoice you want to sign. This is very inconvenient to people who do not have the skills to navigate through an unknown system. Before the update you could simply click on the link and it would open the invoice up directly for you to sign. The 1% of the time the invoice does come up as per normal, an error message appears which says ‘We encountered an error while processing your request.’
    This is not good enough. A perfectly functioning system has been changed unnecessarily and is now disrupting our business work flow and creating unnecessary stress.

18. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

    It is obvious that there is overwhelming, unanimous, disapproval of the new Adobe Sign layout. I have yet to see a positive comment regarding the new layout.

    Adobe, for once, can you please accept the customer feedback proclaimed so loudly across these boards and let us go back to the old version/view? At least give us the option to do so and you can continue testing this new style for those that actually want it.

    You tried and you meant well, but it was not received well, to say the least. If you can revert, we can forgive.

    This is a serious comment, I do not troll. The customer feedback is clearly against the change, and not just minor annoyances but rather huge frustration and disappointment with the layout and user experience.

    Like "New Coke". It didn't work, and everybody (that cares about that sort of thing) was ecstatic when the reverted to the old formula. It's OK to go back. Thank you.

19. Lacking old features in new Adobe Sign

    The program seems to have completely changed from a few weeks ago. The new interface is not as user friendly. In addition, in the past version when files were uploaded for signature, there was not issue with using pages that were both landscape and portrait. This new version cuts off parts of the image instead - this needs to be fixed as it is a huge flaw. If it used to do it - it should still be able to do it.

    I also no longer see a manage page and have to enter each agreement to see it's status. Very annoying to not be able to see a snapshot of all entries.
