For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. My product experience could be improved by having any of the programs I am needing to use work consistently. 75% of the time, nothing works... I get a blank screen when I use a product. This morning, I attempted to combine 12 single PDF files into one... BLANK SCREEN. Yesterday, I tried to convert a PDF file into a Word document... BLANK SCREEN.

  3. I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.

    Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

    Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

  4. Hi, I sent a confidential document for signature to one person through the E-Signature option. I then received an email back from a different person with an almost identical email address - who had received the agreement from Adobe, although I had entered the intended recipient's email accurately. I do not understand how this happened, and it is is significant breach of privacy. Can you please contact me to explain?

  6. Really really frustrating....Bizarrely when sent by others, my signature and initials are showing up in documents in really small image. It is not my signature which fills the signature so some bug in the formatting. Wish I could contact someone but seems that it is almost impossible to find a chat....

  7. Why are PDF forms so awful? I have to remake PDF forms in Word or Google Docs so that I can have a shared for the form.
    10+ years of clouds services and Adobe still is miles behind everyone on shared doc editing. It's mind blowing.

  9. When I upload a document and attempt to send for signatures, I can write the message to those I'm sending it to, adding their email addresses but that's it. When I click "Specify Where to Sign" it gets stuck @72% loading or it gives me the error message "Could Not Send, An invalid JSON was specified.

  10. I hate acrobat online. It ALWAYS freezes when I am trying to upload a document to request a signature from a client. This has cost me so much time refreshing and it messing up each time until the 10th time is the charm. So annoying please fix.

    Did you use Request Signatures to request someone else to sign? Or did you use Fill and Sign to sign it yourself? Did it happen to all documents or just some? Is it possible for you to share the documents with us so we can investigate?

  13. Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

  14. We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.

  16. The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro

    This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.

    The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app

  20. I have been trying to edit a file that I downloaded which is NOT password protected but am having difficulty editing it. This is frustrating as I spent time downloading the added features of ADobe, started my 7-day free trial but unable to use any of the features! very frustrated!
