Awful new Document Cloud
Hate the new format for document cloud. Probably last straw, going to investigate other alternatives. Slow response, non-intuitive, just a bad experience all around.

New Adobe Sign Interface
Not a fan of the new integration of Adobe Sign into the Document Cloud. The manage portion of Adobe Sign was a great way to quickly see who the document was sent to. I should not have to click on a document and wait for it to load in order to see who it has been sent to. It is a huge waste of time. Please make an option to revert back to the old version of Adobe Sign, or creat an option or setting to add more columns of information in the Sign Agreements page. We love using Adobe…

HORRIBLE NEW DESIGN!!!
ITS HORRENDOUS! Its insane how horrible this product is. i HAD BARELY LEARNT WHERE TO FIND MY FILES UNDER THE "MANAGE" TAB. now all of that is gone, without notice! in the new interface, you dont even know who is the one that has signed the document. You should be ashamed with this product. I cant wait to move on.

Previous version was way better
Well to be honest I preferred previous version WAY better than this one. It's harder for me now to handle larger amount of files. :(

Awful Adobe Update
The latest update does not contain the same features as previously. We need the sender to be able to redirect the person who needs to sign and also send reminders, why is this not available?!

Unable to load Adobe Sign
Since the new interface came online I am constantly having issues with "Adobe Sign is not available at this time" when trying to view sent files as well as trying to send new agreements for people to sign. This is very frustrating.

Horrific changes to the sign system! Complications now causing downtime in my business rather than efficiency.

Update is horrible!
This new website is terrible. Not user friendly at all. We send out a large batch of contracts to our clients twice per year and have enjoyed the simplicity of using Adobe Sign. I especially liked how easy it was to send reminder emails. This new layout makes it difficult to find a specific client (I have to click through each document), and I haven't been able to find the reminder option anywhere. Yes, it has a more modern look, but when you're sending out 75+ contracts at a time, you don't care how it looks, you want it to…

Backwards mess. Lost many important functions
YOU CHANGED THE APP SO BAD!!! I can no longer "forward: to another person, the same group of files and wording that I sent to another person previously. This really renders your app useless to me, because now I must rewrite the introduction each time. ????

Need more customer information on the screen
Up to this morning I was able to sign into Adobe Sign and see a list of documents sent that haven't been signed yet, as well as those that were waiting for me to sign and also old documents that have already been signed. Now I'm unable to see any of those things.

Please bring back Manage section of Adobe Sign ASAP!
The new Adobe Sign interface is very difficult to use--especially the For Signature list where you are supposed to view/manage all of your signatures/status.
The old Adobe Sign Manage section was WONDERFUL--easily could view what was happening with the different sections:
Waiting for Me to Sign
Out for Signature
Signed
Canceled
Archived
Library TemplatesThe new format is hard to view, I can't delete excessive drafts to clean things up and it doesn't even show the name of the other party in the list--you have to click on it and read through the info at the right.

Terrible Sign update
The new manage for Sign is terrible. Before you had access to everything on one screen so that you didn't have to click back and forth to get an overview of what was going on. The old view was also much clearer with everything in its own section, now everything is lumped together and much more confusing.

This new update is impossible to use and none of the user guides have been updated. We cannot do any of the previous features and cannot get in contact with support.

Dear Adobe, you suck!
Seriously there is no way to send reminders and I have to click 3 times to see what is still to be signed. Way less information available at a glance.
We will seriously consider changing provider and we cannot be alone in this. This designed is UTTER ****.

Not good product or support
Your online support is not good. It will not let me contact anyone. It keeps going back to my old support conversation. I have been on hold on the phone for over ten minutes as well. I think I may want to go back to DocuSign. I thought Adobe was a big company.
