Unsupported file
More than half of the PDF files I try to load return an error reading, unsupported format. Yet they open in Adobe Touch and Reader on desktop. Please look into why so many files are Adobe PDF files but are inaccessible here. Example file attached

New Adoobe Sign UI is awful - sending templates is so much harder to do than it should be
It needs to be easier to send a template document for signature. It used to be very quick and simple. Now you have to go to documents>templates>[click a template]>use template OR documents>all agreements>[status changed to library document]>Search specific fields>[find the template>send.
This just isn't suitable.
It is nonsensical to not be able to select a template when you click any of the 'Request Signatures' or 'Fill & sign' options throughout the site.Very frustrated at how bad this UI and user journey is.

Stop changing ****!
Adobe customer service is a joke. You keep changing the "user experience" for adobe sign, and each time you take away functionality that the community has said -- time and again -- that we absolutely need. The "manage agreements" view is absolutely essential to most of our workflow. And you keep taking it away!

Send for Review
You can get it to work. Your support team where on my PC for 2 hours today. and they said the online version works and it doesn't. I still can not send anything out for signature to clients. I have had enough.

Your EchoSign "improvement" suck
I want ONE Page where I can manage my signature process. On that page, I can add documents (even if a pop-up window needs to be used for data entry) and manage the entire document process. Your current navigation is absolutely the worst imaginable. Go to one page (or app) to upload a document for signature, another one to check it's status, a third to sign, it's insane. You guys have FUBAR'd EchoSign completely. Whoever manages the DC product line needs to be fired. Today.

Cannot Upload Files
Hi! I am an Adobe Employee, Emily Jansen. The upload functionality has not been working on Document Cloud for 2 weeks. I keep getting the message "Error Uploading - Timeout or network error". My colleagues have told me that they are experiencing the same issue. I use the Document Cloud to share presentations with customers and this is forcing me to use competing solutions like DropBox. I primarily use Google Chrome as my browser.

New Adobe Sign is Horrible!
I don't know why the e-sign feature has suddenly changed but it's absolutely terrible. I used to be able to see a neat list of every contract that went out for signature and they would be categorized by whether or not they had been signed yet with the recipient's email address listed for easy identification. Now it just shows that a a list of contracts was sent out, which they all look the same with the same name and must be individually opened in order to see who the recipient is. This change has actually caused a lot of frustration.…

Manage section for Adobe Sign is terrible
Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.

Email message sent out with documents to be signed are no where to be found. It would be nice to see the message sent with a document for signature.

REVERT HOMEPAGE
The experience for sending for signature has been absolutely ruined. Who thought it would be a brilliant idea to remove the simple button that says "Send another document"? The new UI is convoluted, but that would be excusable if that one simple button was still there. Now you need to reload to the home page, then load up the sending page again. An additional step introduced for absolutely no reason.

problem with diacritics
Hi, in the web Fill & Sign feature, saving and downloading documents do not work properly if certain diacritical characters are used, such as 'č'. Text containing these characters is not saved.

"binder" default title is horrible
Your new request signatures format (changed maybe a year or more ago) is garbage. The way it was was better. There is no good reason for the default agreement title to be "binder". Before your horrible update, the default title was the name of the first document, and it was on the same page as the documents upload and organization. The default "binder" title is stupid, and I've had to cancel professional agreements out of sheer embarrassment because the title was "binder". You made an update, and you made things worse. This must get fixed, this is a terrible bug.…

Hate new interface
this new interface is very difficult to use. makes mistakes by placing signatures in the wrong spot and i can not figure out how to undo the auto place fields. very frustrating

We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new experience. If you’ve placed a field by mistake, here are a few ways to remove it:
- Press Command (⌘) + Z on macOS to undo.
- Press Ctrl + Z on Windows to undo.
- Right-click the field and select "Delete Field".
- Click the field and press the Delete key on your keyboard.

Does not print!!!!
How do I just print a displayed page in adobe acrobat? Why is this expensive program so complicated?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can print a document using "Print this file" option available under triple dot menu in topbar. You can also use key-board shortcut "Ctrl+P" to do the same.

To log out of Acrobat Web, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the avatar icon located at the top right corner.
- After clicking, a menu list will appear. Select the last option titled "Sign out" from the menu.
- You will be successfully logged out of your account.
