For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I have been trying to figure out when I want to view a PDF file online, how to allow me to view it in Chrome and NOT DOWNLOAD IT EVERY TIME!!!! It's causing me an issue with filling up my hard drive and cloud storage that's to the point I am hating adobe PDF viewer. I am just a person that reads things and doesn't need a full pdf conversion system or signature permissions and can't afford to pay a monthly fee for all the stuff you offer that's perfect for a business.
    Please figure an easy way for people…

  2. Why does you system fail to upload on certain mornings and fail to convert successfully. It is very frustrating as it is this morning and I have superfast broadband.

  5. I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat for years and have the app on my desktop, but every time I try to open it , I receive a message that my subscription status cannot be verified. When I sign in and try again, there are no results. When I try to download the app again, I get your "Oops" message. In short, Adobe does not work for me; you just take my money and tell me to go jump.

  6. An Undo button is needed, please. This is so common in so many platforms that I'm lazy & reliant on the undo button. Largely because like many of us, I'm overworked anD busy and that means mistake prone. It would be great to be able to undo 3x if possible. However, an Undo 1x button is urgently needed, please.   7. Adobe Sign does not have any way that I can find where you can make the signature bigger. It comes back from the signee too small to read.

  10. The create link is not working. I'm trying to create a link for 73KB file and it is not creating. Is there any limit on file size?. Could you please fix this looks like a bug

    1) Is it happening for all files or with any specific document only?

    2) Share the screenshot of the error that you are getting while trying to create the link

Well, I paid a subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC and was charge for 3 year which I did not request and then paid for a 1 year but neither of the acrobats were completed downloaded to my account. I used it once on the web the day I paid for it and now I am unable to get to it. Can someone get back to me on this issue. The email used was shirleyidiaz4859@gmail.com.

  12. When using Adobe Sign in the Chrome browser and during the process of review and sign, I was able to download my pre-saved signature as a PNG. Perhaps that shouldn't be accessible?

    Thanks for your feedback. If you have saved your signature it should be available to use it while reviewing and signing an agreement. You can check if it is listed under Account > Personal Preferences > My Signature section.

  15. You have made it almost impossible to make a fillable PDF. it used to be easy and now even accessing that tool is difficult and you provide no support to find out how to do it with the updated suite.

  17. Terrible new upgrade on UX. As a product manager I had to give you feedback and this is the only way I can find to do it. Filling an agreement from template didn't save (even when asked to) and I could only read what I added after hovering over the boxes. Also it jumped around horrendously. Bring back Classic - it worked

  18. what has happened to my electronic Signature? I don't get the Certificates any more. Why not? It means the E signature is not valid.

  19. Where do I start? The online Adobe really sucks when compared to the downloaded version. I hate that may files are saved to the cloud instead of directly to my desktop. There is no save function like on the downloaded version. I was told that I would be happy with the online version. That is not the case. I pay every month for the services, but it is not more convenient.
