Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information).   1. The crop function for PDFs just shows "loading" and does not ever load so you can actually crop your PDF. I have tried different WiFi networks, etc, to troubleshoot.

  2. You coul make the text boxes actually copy and paste, this is supposed to be a premium, industry leading service. PDF is your bread and butter, and editing text is a nightmare

  3. I just had to pay a different website in order to simply compress a PDF document because Adobe's PDF compressor couldn't upload my docs all the way. It always stopped exactly 5MB short on a single document, or 10MB short on two documents. It's pretty ridiculous that I pay over $50 a month and STILL have to pay someone else to do simple things because your tools aren't working when I need them. Just read another comment that this is a known issue. FIX IT.

  8. Estuve usando la extensión de Chrome que me parecía buena para revisar documentos y hacer comentarios, algunos textos quedaban desorientados sin embargo no era tan problemático. Hoy hice 190 comentarios en un documento y cuando intenté grabarlo solo grabó 48 de ellos, decidí iniciar sesión por si eso me ayudan a guardar los comentarios completos y el resultado fue peor ya que se borraron todos los comentarios. Adobe Acrobat no es una herramienta, es un problema muchas de las veces

  10. The online version is completely unusable. It would not save, and I could not find a way to save it even if I wanted to, which is just terrible design. It is very unintuitive and the top navigation buttons didn't work and when I clicked them it just cleared my work. When I downloaded the offline version it worked just fine.

  13. I have an Adobe Acrobat account but all of a sudden all my PDF files are unreadable. The message is telling me it can't find the file and to check if I have the address correct.
    As I use a lot of PDF files, I need to know what has happened and how to fix it quickly

    Po zkušební době došlo automaticky ke stržení peněz, aniž bych platbu potvrdila.
    Účet chci obratem zrušit.
    Předpokládám, že peníze zpět za automatickou platbu již zpět neuvidím.
