Editing PDFs on device is needed, not just viewing, for Chrome OS
On Chrome OS, we need to just be able to edit the individual file. Some of us like to use our Files app to open our things in Google Drive, meaning the only way we can edit files via Acrobat is to replace the file, and that is not ideal. Just give us the ability to edit them on-device. It's possible, you just need to enable the proper protocols. Then, we'd be able to open our files without directly signing into Google Drive. Missing Individual Files Download
When sending agreements, there is an option to download individual files that actually used to work prior to this update. Unfortunately, now all documents uploaded to be electronically signed are bound together and cannot be downloaded as individual files. Please change this back!

Search function not taking me to the document
When using the search field to find a document, the result won't take me to the document. it says, "Yes, it's here somewhere" but won't allow me to select it and take me to it. Must be a bug! Please fix because we have hundreds of documents to search for!

WORST Customer service
had the WORST, SLOWEST time with chatbot. TERRIBLE tool. TERRIBLE customer service. Where is the phone number? Buried so deep it doesn't even exist? Very unhappy customer.

Unintuitive and Unresponsive AI Assistant
Hi, I was compiling a document on the Adobe webapp and wanted to encrypt it. But I could not find a button to do so from the editing screen (I know we can go back to home then to edit and encrypt from there). But I thought it'd be more convenient to be able to do so from the editing screen too. So I asked the 'AI Assistant' how to encrypt the document. Price sensitivity
High confidence that I will not subscribe to Adobe AI in addition to the pro account. I use OpenAI and will continue to use that. Therefore, I will look for another PDF reader and use that.

Reduce price, permanently
Cancellation fees combined with an overpriced subscription...Adobe needs to lower their prices if they want more users. Think about it: Raising prices will only mean less people can buy it. You can't make the price of bread a million dollars and expect the poor to buy it. No. Make the prices low, PERMANENTLY, and you'll get more users. Adobe needs to fix their presence in Google's ecosystem
The aggravating thing with Adobe is this: on Microsoft, Adobe has built an empire. In Google's world...not much to show, other than Android, and the lack of apps on Chrome OS. Chrome OS are laptops too, so please give us the same apps Windows and Mac get, so we don't have to hear "Windows and Mac" over and over again! Editing PDFs on device is needed, not just viewing
Opening files from the device needs to be able to actually edit the file without uploading to cloud storage. Some of us use Google Drive but can't give Adobe access, and have Chromebooks that can run it! Google has an app that can edit PDFs on the device, so prove Acrobat is better without using Adobe Cloud Storage, please! Without it, I can't edit files in my Google Drive.

Too complicated to navigate
I find doing simple things, like uploading my tax documents, and then emailing them to my accountant, too difficult to navigate.
I don't use Adobe frequently so it takes me a long time to figure out a simple thing like sending documents
