Templates with combined files no longer work
Adobe E-sign won't allow me to combine multiple agreements into a single template like it did last year.

We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

poor experience
Your product as of the past month has been very glitchy, the program freezes, continually having to refresh, not saving changes, and adding multiple documents is horrible. I am at the point of canceling my subscription and going to Docu-sign. Horrible experience with the current product after the last changes.

- Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
- On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
- Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the recent updates implemented into the Adobe Sign feature of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. We are a school that regularly utilizes your products, particularly Adobe Sign, for enrollment and recruitment purposes.
Currently, we are experiencing difficulties with our usage of Adobe Sign. Despite having multiple templates set up for sending signatures, we are encountering issues when attempting to utilize them. Thank you for your suggestion! We're excited to let you know that you can now use send multiple templates for signing.
To use it please follow below steps:
1. Click on E-Sign option in the top bar at Home page
2. Click on Request E-Signatures card
3. This will open the file picker, then select the E-Sign template option and select multiple templates, then click on Continue

Missing bookmarks
I combined pdf files to create one document and in the past, it would take the title of each individual file and AUTO create bookmarks for each file. So you can find pages within the new document. Your new update removed that. Now I have to go back and individually name each file's bookmarks making double work for me.

Adobe Acrobat オンラインサービスをMicrosoft Edgeから利用しています。pdf「ファイルを結合」を選択し、結合させたい複数(2つで、各A4サイズ文書が数ページ)のPDFファイルを読み込ませましたがファイルは結合されずホーム画面に戻る不具合を確認しています。

The more it's updated the more it fails
Provide access to normal standard fonts - "Times New Roman" is not available? Seriously? And fix the split document function - in previous versions I could select a large document and just type in the number of pages to split it into. If I download a 50 page file and want 50 separate pages, I can't. The most you let me do is click between pages up to 19 times to separate pages. That's just ridiculous. In trying to make the program new and interesting you have lost all the function and intuitive features that once made Acrobat great. I…

Free Online Tools x Basic Membership
I've a basic account for photography and I noticed that in order to do some PDF operations (to use the tools) I need to log out to be able to use some free tools available online for free for everyone (that is not logged in with a basic account). I imagine that this is to force us to upgrade the plan, which I unfortunately can't afford, and if I could I'd choose 'small pdf' that does the same and is cheaper. Acrobat Organize pages - error loading pdf
Is adobe online acrobat down? It is 'unable to display recent files' and Organize Pages feature not working with error message "Unable to edit ... This file may be password protected, encrypted, corrupt or a PDF form." Pls see attached image. Thanks.
