Hi, I do not want adobe to send out signed & filed emails with the signed document after all have signed. How do I fix this, I understand that it is possible.

DC storage seems incomplete/non-obvious
For some reason, the documents I send for signature using documentcloud.adobe.com don't ever show up in my "Your Documents" folder - either before or after they are signed. Since I have to upload them from Acrobat DC in order to send them for signature, why don't they automatically appear in the Document Cloud "Your Documents" section?

autofill sucks
Stop autofilling textboxes everytime we click enter while typing. I will type a whole paragraph and because your program does not automatically adjust the text to fit the page, I have to click enter to type on the next line. when I do that my entire paragraph is deleted and replaced with a random sentence I wrote on a previous PDF I filled out months ago.

Problem with multiple options where only one is required, but can't mark the section required
I love Adobe Sign, but I have a big issue I have run into lately: when I send a document for signature, sometimes there are sections with several options to initial or fill out -- the signer may only need to initial in one place, or they might initial all available choices. Because of this unknown factor, I can't mark any of these items as "required" -- the problem with this is, the signing wizard skips over non-required items and most people do not take the time to scroll carefully through, they just follow the wizard. It is absolutely vital…

Cookie notice is covering the sign-button
Hi, I have some feedback regarding Adobe Sign. It is a great product that almost makes signing, and getting signature on, documents super easy.
The 'almost' is added because your cookie notice is placed over the "click to sign"-button. This leads to people thinking they are done with the process after they have added their signature - with no possibility to know that there is a "click to sign"-button at the end completing the process.
The button is already placed out of sight, making it hard to find, but with the cookie notice over it is impossible.

Need Easy Way to Delete a Document from Adobe Document Cloud
I inadvertently sent a document out for signature to the wrong e-mail address. I had to contact support to find out how to delete it because going to my account Preferences -> Privacy page is NOT intuitive.
I should have been able to select the document in my document list and there should have been a DELETE option.

NSign not available
More than 50% of the time I am receiving messages that Adobe Sign is not available. Which is not only frustrating it makes the product unusable, unreliable and possibly unsecure. What am I paying for?

google cookies
You have to fix the google chrome cookie issue! I have to keep clearing my cookies in order to use the adobe sign product but doing so also clears all my auto fill settings...

File and Page limits
Regards Sign and Fill: we have 100Gb of cloud storage with the account but limits of 10Mb and 100 pages for fill and sign. I can understand the file limit but am a little disappointed that there is a page limit. We have Pro DC to allow sign off of documents - as a business, even a small business, these limits are very prohibitive and defeat the reason for having it if we have to start splitting documents. This is not always possible with legal documents such as contracts or Patents. Regards, Simon

Adobe Sign suggestions
Adobe Sign, creating templates:
When expanding a category of fields used (see attached picture), leave all groups expanded. I am frustrated having to switch between groups... I want them ALL open so I can just pull out the field I need. It's a pain as it is. Simply put, allow me to see ALL field options in one window.Secondly, ADD a feature to update the template document while retaining the original fields. Every time I update an internal document, some 5-10 pages long, I must create an all new template. What a time waster.
Lastly, Allow me to edit…
1 voteHi Carrie,
Thank you for your suggestions. We will look into these.
For your second request, it’s already available. You can make a copy of an existing template with these steps:
1. Use the existing template to Request Signatures
2. Enter recipients (you want to send the updated template to)
3. Click Next
4. Turn on Advanced editing (see screenshot)
5. Check the Save as template checkbox at the bottom
6. Update the document
7. Click Send
8. You will be able to provide a name for the new templateHope this is helpful.

Option to bulk tag fields
When preparing to send forms for completion and signatures, it would be extremely helpful and a time-savor to have the option of bulk tagging form fields. For example "selected fields are designated for recipient 1" or "all fields on this form are designated for recipient 1"

Better Visual Cues for State of Document Signature Request (E.g. Complete, Cancelled, etc.)
YOu really need to have a more visible indicator of the current status of documents. For example, I canceled a number of signature requests because I needed to make changes and without looking at each document, I cannot tell.

Replace individual documents in a signable package
When I create a signable document by uploading more than one document, I would like to be able to later replace one of the documents if that document is updated. As it is today, when I create a signable document from multiple documents, it is a totally nuclear document...I can't replace one of the documents unless I rebuild the whole template from scratch.

Add/remove pages from underlying document
It would be nice to be able to delete, add, or edit pages in a signable document. As it is today, if I add a page to a signable document, it's there to stay unless I create a new template. This is annoying because some documents take FOREVER to prepare because they have a lot of form fields. If I have to remove/add/change the underlying document, I have to redo the entire template. What a load of ****.

Form doesn't work - boxes act like images
What happened to Acrobat's ability to recognize a form and set it up so that we could fill out the boxes? This is awfully cumbersome, forcing me to space over for each character. Not worth the money!

text appears too high. folder doesn't update
Since the latest revision, text appears higher on the form than it appears when you are in fill & sign mode. Also, new files don't appear unless you go out of "files" and go back in.

Shifting Text On Save/PDF Export
Hi! When I go to export my PDFs after using fill and sign to input text, the formatting of the text gets messed up. Everything seems to be shifting up one tick on export. It is really frustrating because I'm trying to make beautiful documents for my clients to sign for official record and even when I take the time to go in manually and readjust everything I'll find out it has shifted again. Can you please try to create total visual consistency between the data input UI and PDF exports? See attached file as a reference. It looks terrible…

Send for signature available by link
You should be able to send forms to be signed via link, not just e-mail. Ideally, you could have people fill out the document online after following a link and have the results sent automatically to an e-mail.
