Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I have been trying to edit a file that I downloaded which is NOT password protected but am having difficulty editing it. This is frustrating as I spent time downloading the added features of ADobe, started my 7-day free trial but unable to use any of the features! very frustrated!

  3. The new update is awful! The text does not auto-size anymore so you can't see the full text in the form fields and my templates are now not working properly.

  6. Had a recent issue occur multiple times with a document sent for review and signature. The text/numbers change on the signer's end. Only way to catch this is to download the document and reopen it. Anyone else have this issue?

  8. The online editor is not working. When I download filled PDF. I can see only two of my filled text boxes. Others are just missing..

  11. I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat for years and have the app on my desktop, but every time I try to open it , I receive a message that my subscription status cannot be verified. When I sign in and try again, there are no results. When I try to download the app again, I get your "Oops" message. In short, Adobe does not work for me; you just take my money and tell me to go jump.

  12. Adobe Sign does not have any way that I can find where you can make the signature bigger. It comes back from the signee too small to read.

  14. Well, I paid a subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC and was charge for 3 year which I did not request and then paid for a 1 year but neither of the acrobats were completed downloaded to my account. I used it once on the web the day I paid for it and now I am unable to get to it. Can someone get back to me on this issue. The email used was shirleyidiaz4859@gmail.com.

  15. When using Adobe Sign in the Chrome browser and during the process of review and sign, I was able to download my pre-saved signature as a PNG. Perhaps that shouldn't be accessible?

    Thanks for your feedback. If you have saved your signature it should be available to use it while reviewing and signing an agreement. You can check if it is listed under Account > Personal Preferences > My Signature section.

  16. You have made it almost impossible to make a fillable PDF. it used to be easy and now even accessing that tool is difficult and you provide no support to find out how to do it with the updated suite.

  17. Terrible new upgrade on UX. As a product manager I had to give you feedback and this is the only way I can find to do it. Filling an agreement from template didn't save (even when asked to) and I could only read what I added after hovering over the boxes. Also it jumped around horrendously. Bring back Classic - it worked
