Unable to open developer account
I am unable to create an Adobe Sign developer account.
Every time I sign in, I get taken to this page
https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/?authoringRequested=true&locale=en_US&client_id=69U26F6M6A4Z3U&isNativeFlow=trueand I am unable to go to the secure.echosign.io site.

New Home Screen Format Very Bad
The new home screen is terrible! Put it back the way it was. It was just getting better - with the reminders option popping up right after sending the form - and now you have to dig through layers of menu to get to even send a form out to sign. This is dumb. You're going backwards!

Enhance Scans in Document Cloud Web UI
Consider adding the "Enhance Scans" option to the Document Cloud web UI in order for users to create scans while on-the-go and do not have access to either Acrobat Pro DC or the Adobe Scan mobile app.

Bad customer service - problem pending
I need to change my account's profile photo to blank. I do not want an account profile photo. I spoke with three people from your chatbox. Asfiya said I cannot remove the profile photo. I cannot file anyone to help me. What do I do? I cannot file help.

Not user friendly
Very poor to use. Trying to edit a pdf and it's very hard to find the tools to do that. I will be cancelling my subscription

Where goes Verification Code ???
When you send a mail with the message «Please enter the verification code below to authorize access to your Adobe Sign account from within the Document Cloud user interface.», make sure it is clear where we enter this code. I've looking for how to do so for a while and never found it.

Die Creative cloud zeigt mir Dateien an, die ich gelöscht habe und ich hä bereits mehrfach die CC Programme und alles deinstalliert.
Was soll das?
Ich nutze CC nur weil ich nicht anders kann, nicht weil ich möchte. Bin echt enttäuscht von eurem Produkt, das überteuert ist und sich nichtmal mehr kaufen lässt. Es funktioniert nicht wie es soll, hat eine hohe Fehleranfälligkeit und ist sperrig. Sobald es eine adäquate Neuerung git, bin ich weg.

Horrible new system
Your system has gotten absolutely horrible. It is difficult to navigate. The way you used to have the system it was very easy to navigate and see.

Outdated info
Please add a way to dismiss the box saying "Welcome to the new experience for managing your signature agreements. Learn more about this new experience."

Functionality to add new machine on same plan
It would be nice to be able to add additional machines to use acrobat pro dc on without having to deregister one machine.

Not Enough Information Listed
I really want the old Adobe Sign website back. The Document Cloud website barely gives any info and even on documents that have been signed it says "sign agreement" under them, but documents that haven't been signed also say "sign agreement" under them. I just can't easily manage my documents with the minimal info that's given here. I need more info right off the bat, without clicking into each document to see if it's been signed or not. The old website was way better and made e-sign easier to manage.

Customizing of DocumentCloud-Landingpage
In the navigation menu on the documentcloud-website (https://documentcloud.adobe.com) there is the possibility to reach downloads and mobile apps at 'Apps'. I would be nice to have the possibility to customize the landingpage and hide the 'apps' tab, to avoid endusers downloading the stuff. Our end-users don't have any adminrights on their devices and therefore this tab is annoying and is resulting in tickets from endusers.

the dashboard does not work properly and I cannot the old documents signed, after one month they disappear from the list, where do they go?

Very irritated with the new interface!!
Very irritated with the new interface!! It adds extra time to my workflow because I can't see image details now without clicking on each one and it is killing me!

object to requesting my birthdate at login
I object to you collecting my birthdate as a requirement to log in. It's easily possible to use some other information to authenticate me. I do not trust Adobe to keep my information confidential, because frankly, you lack imagination for not using another shared secret. Adobe is not authorized to use my birthday for any other purpose.

Download Function
Why has the 'download all' function been removed when combining files? I often have significant numbers to download and it seems that I now have to click each individual combined document where before I could select download all.

As the Adobe website is very complicated, some CC features are complicated. There are so many Adobe services that with one account it's hard to understant where we're browsing, hard to find some features in sublevels… Today, I'dlike to tell you about one Acrobat / Adobe Scan feature: When I make new PDFs with Adobe Scan, they are sended in an online folder named "Adobe Document Cloud/Adobe Scan.
