For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. OCR: "e" becomes "c" frequently.

    In this document, OCR fails frequently.

    In many cases, lower case "e" will be wrongly OCR'ed into "c", even when the word is a standard dictionary word: For instance "The" becomes "Thc", "references" becomes "referenccs", and "accelerations" becomes "accelcrations".

    The problem increases as the photo becomes more blurry, but, in short, it means that the OCR isn't quite reliable enough for document archiving.

  2. Search should also search in pdf file content

    I would expect the search function on documentcloud.adobe.com to search in the content of the pdf-files. But it seems as if it does not. I have tried to copy OCR-text from a pdf saved in document cloud, pasted one of the words in the search fields and none files are identified.

    I would highly appreciate a search function actually searching the content of the files, not only the file names. This would also be great in the Adobe Scan app.

  3. Search does not work

    The search function does not work well anymore. When I put in some email addresses I get a whole list of files that are not associated with it at all, so I cannot easily locate all files sent to one email any longer. Extremely inconvenient, please restore prior functionality.

  4. Locating files in a folder

    HATE THE UPDATED ADOBE. How can I find which folder a file is in?? I Have numerous folders an cannot figure out which folder a particular file is in anymore. Before, it used to have the "Properties" option when I would select a file and it would show the path to the specific folder. It does not have that option anymore.

  6. Hard to find files in folders via search

    Previously, I was able to click on the box next to a document and see the path/folder that the document is currently in. Not only and I not able to do that anymore, which makes my job so difficult, the application is very user UN-friendly now. Please go back to how it used to be.

  7. Cancel My Service! Or go back to old UI

    Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!

  8. Leave things alone

    I have always though of you people as being time rich. You have nothing to do all day, which is why you keep changing your software. I used to be able to find a link to a document on the cloud site, now some time rich Adobe employee has moved it.

  9. help. go back the way it was

    Search by who it was sent to. not by contract name. I have the same document name 300 times. I can't find who I sent it to now

  10. Files older than 3 months are still missing!

    All files previous to July 12 are still missing. We are talking 6 years of signed forms here.

  12. I hate this update, it's the worst!

    This is the worst update it just looks nicer, but isn't functional. Did they consult any users before implementing this? This is just awful!

  13. can't see who I sent docs too.

    How can I see when clients view the documents? I also can't see who I sent things to with this new format. I'd have to open each one to see.... doesn't make sense. I don't like the new format!
