    Hi,

    We understand you're experiencing issues with this version of Acrobat Web. However, it's worth mentioning that it's possible to change the default date format by adding a date field when using the Request e-signatures workflow, then double clicking the field and scrolling in the field properties panel and in the Date format drop down, selecting the desired format. This change will persist for future agreements.

  3. The only reason I use Adobe Acrobat is for it's ability to prefill template forms that I've previously set up. The new edit option does not allow me to work in "prefill" mode anymore, for example I can not tab from one space to the next. PLEASE bring back the prefill option for the new format. I will not use your product anymore if you don't and the only reason I'm still using it is that I can switch back to the legacy version. There needs to be a stage where you are not only editing the types of data…

    Hi Erin,

    We understand you're experiencing issues with this version of Acrobat Web. However, it's worth mentioning that it's possible to fill in fields before sending the agreement for signature using the Prefill Role. Below are the steps to do so:

    1. Start Request E-Signatures with any valid document.
    2. In the window to add recipients, do not add yourself; this will allow you to use the prefill role.
    3. Click continue.
    4. In the Authoring view, add the fields you need to fill in before sending the agreement and assign them the Prefill  role. 

    This way, when you click "Review and Send" and send the agreement for signing, you'll be able to pre-fill the designated fields.

  4. E-Signaturen werden nicht syncronisiert zwischen iPad-App -> WebApp -> Windows-Anwendung. Bitte schnell beheben, da man ansonsten keine Dokumente mehr unterzeichnen kann ohne unterschiedliche Unterschriften zu hinterlegen!
    Auch kann ich aus der Windows-Anwendung heraus das Anfordern von Signaturen nicht mehr starten. Die Anwendung startet ein Dialogfenster, aber es dreht sich nur der "Wartekreis" und nichts passiert.

  5. If I go to create a "reminder" to send to a client, it should send the reminder right away. I selected "every third day", but I want the reminder to be sent immediately upon creating the reminder as well - and not three days from creating the reminder.

  7. Hi, I think Adobe updated last month and now the signature panel does not work properly. First of all, most of the time it gives error when you open the signature panel and the system closes every adobe pages. Secondly when you open the signature panel, you lost some of the filled information on the file. And the system automatically allow you to sign when you are one of the signer part before, now you need to wait for the mail and then open it and sign the document. This is totally wasting time. Same thing happens for the ordering…

  10. If I cancel an agreement (a draft agreement, for example), it should automatically be hidden. I canceled two agreements and they are still listed in my recents.

    Also, I selected a couple agreements to do a bulk "hide" - but instead I get a warning where the hide option usually is that says, "we can't combine, export, or create new files from shared items at this time." I'm not trying to do any of that. I'm just trying to do a bulk action HIDE several items at once.

  12. Adobe Acrobat Sign. Like the emailed receipt/ attachment version--where the audit report is included on the last page--please add the option to "Include Audit Report" when downloading an agreement from the web or Windows app. It is annoying that I cannot retrieve a copy WITH the audit report included (it onyl lets you download them separately--see attached screenshot). Since by design you cannot edit/ combine docs after signatures, it is not possible to attach the audit report myself. Please vote on this idea!

  14. Previously there was a "Sign and Send" feature that seems to have been removed in the latest update.

    I routinely send documents that need my signature plus the signature of a subcontractor. So I prepare my document with a signature block for me and for the other person.

    Previously, I could click "Sign and Send" which would let me immediately sign and then send the document along.

    Now, I have to click "Review and Send" which sends the document to me (the first signer). The next step does offer the "It's time to sign" option which is definitely helpful. But…

  15. Every Monday, I send out dozens of work orders to be signed, usually in groups of 4 or 5 to the same person. However, I need each PDF to be separate… and the current system will combine multiple files into one document. So currently, I have to send each document individually.

    It would be great if I could add several files to the e-sign workflow for one person, add the signature boxes for each one, and then send them all separately still … but I think there is a step or two that could be combined. Thanks!

  17. Train your customer support agents. Like even just a little training would be helpful before you throw them onto the chat line. I went though 15 different agents for 4 hours across 2 days to get info that should have taken 10 minutes for someone to find on internal documentation. Extremely frustrated with this experience. The worst part of it all is that there was never an actual solution to my issue. I will be looking for a different product moving forward.

  18. I have 2 separate issues with templates for esigning.

    1- I have created a template for the 2024 W4, however every time I try to use the template for another employee it get stuck in the preparing file for esign and when I refresh the page it just says error has occurred. At this point I have to open the W4 new each time and redo the boxes/areas to sign and fill in each time, which defeats the purpose of the creating a template.
    i have been through this with customer support and I have re-created the template multiple times…

  19. When you use a web browser (Firefox, Safari or Chrome for example) you can obviously go to Acrobat Online (see Acrobat documents, see models and use some features as signing).

    However, the features are not the same on ipad or Mac/Windows. For me it is an issue because, when i use my ipad pro 13inch, the desktop is the same as a lot of nowadays laptop.

    For my personal case, I use a lot the creation of « web form » to recover some information before signing.

    When I do this on my ipad i tells me to download the Adobe Sign…
