For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Hi, I sent a confidential document for signature to one person through the E-Signature option. I then received an email back from a different person with an almost identical email address - who had received the agreement from Adobe, although I had entered the intended recipient's email accurately. I do not understand how this happened, and it is is significant breach of privacy. Can you please contact me to explain?

  2. As recently as last month, I could easily "send a copy" of a signed document as an attachment to an email address. This feature now appears to be gone. I would very much still like to be able to do this.

    Have you seen a little Share document button on the toolbar? It should provide similar feature as Send a Copy. Do you find it useful?

  3. I have tried so many times, the SaaS version cannot send E-Sign to Hotmail.

  4. it has been extremely slow, I cant use it on my phone! I'm paying the premium, and i cant use it for what I'm paying for. i need these fixed on both the website version, and the phone version! I haven't being able to send a document through the app for 2 months. i need these checked or updated.

  6. I need to remove a saved signature. Adobe is not allowing me to change it. This needs to b upgraded. it is a horrible feature.

  8. Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!

  9. When I upload a document and attempt to send for signatures, I can write the message to those I'm sending it to, adding their email addresses but that's it. When I click "Specify Where to Sign" it gets stuck @72% loading or it gives me the error message "Could Not Send, An invalid JSON was specified.

  14. Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

  16. We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.

  17. I am unable to Request signatures from our Corporate account. I can add email addresses but it will not allow me to proceed to the next screen to indicate where signatures are to sit.

  19. The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro

    This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.

    The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app
