  1. Edit one document in Binder / Correct Agreement.

    Would like to request to allow for editing / removal of specific documents after sending an Agreement for Signatures.

    Currently, when sending multiple Documents, the Agreement puts all documents into 1 binder. This proposes the issue of being unable to ammend / correct any documents after they have been sent. For example, sometimes a tenant will request a modification to be made to one of the lease documents.   2. We would like to request a feature that allows multiple people to be assigned the same signing order. For example, have 3 tenants be able to view and sign documents at the same time (All 3 Tenants Assigned Signing Order 1), and then have the Landlord only be able to view and sign after the tenants have all signed (Landlord as Signing Order 2).

    For leasing services, the Landlord always has to sign last. Adding this feature would be helpful to minimize transactions so that we can include the landlord on the initial transaction. In the current format, it requires…

    If you are trying to modify an agreement it will not be possible since it is already signed and approved. You will need to use a copy of the file that wasn't signed or approved.

  7. Many problems lately:
    1. I rename a document to remove a SIN number before sending it out to be signed, and after hitting send it reverted back to the original file name sharing sensitive information! Happened multiple times.
    2. I send a document out to be signed and somehow the names and locations of the signatures get switched or mixed up after I hit send, after reviewing multiple times, this has happened with several clients.
    3. Bring back the option to review before sending an e-signature, that window pop up needs to clearly be brought back as so many issues…

    Hi Peter,

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  10. As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.
    Anything Adobe could do to help avoid these requests going to people's SPAM folders would be much appreciated.

  11. Placeholders in documents for signing not visible.
    When I send a document for e-signature, and I refer to it before it has been signed, the document does not show the placeholders for the signatures and other fields (eg. name, date, company etc) that I have placed in the document.
    Docusign can do this, why is this not available here?

  12. We should be able to choose the Default action (Toggle) if we want to-be-signed documents to autosave to Adobe account and/or choose on demand for any particular document. Currently, everyone using that Adobe account has access to any files ever sent/received to-be-signed over however many past years. That may include documents with confidential information. Potentially confidential files from past employees/employers, past students/teachers, past friends/family to whoever currently has access to the Adobe account.

    As a workaround you can always use the "Send in Bulk" tool, which does have a password protection, just follow the next steps, and also check the video attached:

    • Use any entry point named "Send in Bulk" and add the desired file to be sent
    • Add the required recipients
    • Add an access password under "Agreement settings"
    • Modify the document with as many fields as needed
    • Send the agreement

    This way, in your account, your document is protected from anyone who does not have the password.

  13. The Acrobat E-Sign has a bug that for some people after they finished signing and hit submit, it will bring them back to the beginning and render the whole document unsigned. People have tried multiple browser, this bug happens to some but not to others.

  15. Your Adobe sign software is super buggy.

    I cannot save a local copy of the file I just opened.
    When I change the name from template to proper document name, it does not save and reverts to the old template name.
    The template date format was set to be YYYY-MM-DD, yet when I first open it, it reverts to American format, and I have to correct it again each time.

  18. Hello, when we send multiple documents for e-signature, the file name by default appears as "binder agreement". I always rename it to the name I would prefer however, the edited name is never accepted. The documents once sent for e-signature will revert back to "binder". Can this be resolved? It appears very weird that the client receiving the document for signature receive it as "binder" for signature.

  19. Since you updated it has broken prepare a form. I can no longer save a pdf with any field (initials, signature, date, ect.) other than text and than request signatures from that saved pdf. It won't change the field from text to literally anything else.
