For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Hi! Hope you're well.

    I am currently in the "Manage agreements" section, trying to export a CSV of all of the completed agreements (signed agreements). I do not want to download the PDF, I simply want the list of people who have signed my agreement.

    Is there anyway to do this? It would be incredibly helpful.

  4. Adobe can improve my experience by training your staff better. I was transferred to 6 different people and my issue still wasn't resolved. Agents 1-3 offered no help. The 4th person told me that he found my school's subscripton and would transfer me to someone to help me. The 5th person joined the chat just to say he was transferring me to someone else. The 6th person said my account and my school's account was free and there was nothing he could do. I know this is not the case because our technology coordinator wouldn't be able to assign us…

  5. Adobe Sign sender email address is not my current address and it's a total pain in the asss trying to change it, wtf, i've searched help and tutorials and chatted and scheduled a call and now I'vbe been on hold with account management for a half hour

  7. Is there a way to prevent library templates from automatically disappearing after 30 days? Would be nice if frequently used templates would remain visible in the document manager until the user chooses to delete/hide them. Otherwise I have to go digging for them in the search section each time I need to send a template. Hopefully an easy fix for such a brilliant company. thanks.

  8. wow switched from HelloSign because they're down and your UX is horrible! I put myself as a signer on a new client contract and there's no CTA for me to sign, nor was there an option to have me sign before sending it out despite a button that read "Sign then Send"

  11. Your new layout is terrible. How do I resend a document for signature? I've looked everywhere - this is literally the most basic functionality of Adobe Sign and I can't find it. Terrible UI

  13. It should be possible to edit prefill data after agreement is sent (but before it is signed) or copy prefill data to new agreement. For example, if I spend 30 minutes typing in the exact services offered on an SOW, and then send the agreement but the client doesn't like the terms of the SOW, I should be able to edit the SOW instead of having to start from scratch. At a minimum, it should be possible to copy an agreement to another agreement (as opposed to editing the original one), where the original agreement's prefill data is available to…

  14. I wish it were possible to update the underlying document when editing signable fields. For example, if I spend 3 hours creating the perfect signable document, and then I detect an error in the underlying document, I don't want to have to spend 3 hours creating the perfect signable document again...I would like to be able to just replace the underlying document.

  15. It would really save me a lot of time to be able to add/remove signers while editing the signable document. Some documents have a thousand fields you have to add, and when you learn you've missed a signer, or added the wrong signer, you have to cancel and start all over again.

  16. Certain types of email address throw an error. I've come across this with two separate emails now and they both throw and error. The latest is this email.

  19. I have been using the request signature app for some time now. However, the program tend terminate your session after a few minutes- usually 2 to 3 minutes. This is a small window to be working with files especially when I can get interrupted by phone calls or other office activities. This is annoying and unproductive! Let the program stay on for up to 10 minutes before it shuts down due to inactivity

  20. In sending a form out, I only needed initials and upon sending "send" the reminder popped up that a signature field had not been added and they would add a signature block. I'm waiting on the form to come back to see exactly where a signature block is added because I did not need signatures. Please update the system that it will not automatically add a signature block where it's not needed, or explain exactly what that pop up means.
