Dashboard is not showing in esign
I'm looking for the dashboard to create the widget but all links available from adobe online do not work.

can't view important doc that I thought were saved on adobe.
I need to review documents from Sept 2018 that are no longer available. Why aren't they available. Do you have a time frame for saving docs? I was unaware of a a time limit. You should email a warning before doc become unavailable and tell me that I need to save the document somewhere else. I need the information to dispute some charges. I want a refund for items that were charged to my accounts.

I do not find your latest UX/UI update to be an improvement. What is better about it? I am lost by things being moved.
I am constantly lost with this re-design. I can't figure out how to send the most basic things. I have saved templates with custom text. Where did that go?

Widgets?
Is it no longer possible to create widgets?
I haven't been able to find out how to do that on the new interface.
Please bring widgets back or make it easier to create a new one, because I can't seem to figure out how to do that!1 vote -
Terrible UPDATE
When looking what still pending signature, I can only do this for about 10 minute before it times out then have to log out and back in again. This is ridiculous, why can this not just be refreshed??? I have tried different browsers and incognito mode in case it was the extensions and this still is not working as it should be!!

Upload for signed agreement/Persistent Filters/Allow to revert
Please allow to revert to previous experience.
Also I'm missing the ability to upload a separately signed agreement.
The filters are not persistent.

Form and Sign Functionality does not work
The functionality for creating forms on my desktop or online does not work! Tried different browsers (Google and Chrome) and still no joy. I'm paying for this a functionality that I cannot use. It is clunky, slow and whirls away not doing anything.

add signer column in For Signature tab
It would be really helpful in the "Sign Agreements" section to have a column for signer so I can see which signers have yet to sign without having to open the document. I have quite a few signers that have to sign their version of the standard document and can't currently show who is who.

Unusable! Fix what you broke
Fix whatever you broke that makes the sad face come up 60% of the time I want to use the software. Since the interface upgrade done, the software is working so infrequently after 5yrs of using it I am looking for alternatives.

Deleting Drafts
New version of cloud is HORRIBLE. I am no longer able to delete documents prepared for signature when they are in the DRAFTS stage. I now have several unnecessary documents sitting in my cloud that I could have previously deleted without issue.

ways to improve AdobeSign
To better compete with DocUSign, I suggest increasing the flexibility to restrcuture signing lists. Also really important to be able to edit signature fields and resend for signature. Date fields with time stamp are common in legal contract but there is no time option in the list of date configurations. Take a look at what DocuSign is offering. I don't think it would take major back end changes on your part to provide as competitive a product.

Adobe Sign email verbiage misleading
Adobe Sign confirmation emails say "signed and Filed!" This is confusing verbiage for a law firm retaining clients, since "filed" typically means lawsuit was filed.

Terrible Update!!! Canceling this week!
The new update is extremely Frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant delete anything, contracts I have sent are not viewable! Personally if you dont figure this out im dropping this entire service! Can I please go back to the old way?

NEW WEBSITE IS AWFUL
I have been trying to send an agreement for 2 hours. I followed your instructions on your website. I get to the part where I fill it out.....it treats it like I am editing the template and not actually filling out the agreement. Your new site sucks

New Interface SUCKS!!!
I loathe this new interface. LOATHE it!!! It's made it exceedingly difficult to see who I sent documents to. Instead of having everything viewable like on the dashboard it takes forever to find anything. Change it back!
