glitch on esign feature
when document is open and I chooose request esignatures, it goes to a blank pg. I must go to 'documents' tab and request esignature from there. This did not happen in the past. New glitch

Sometime recently the way the Adobe sign emails have changed. The email "Title" now says Adobe Sign on Behalf of Builders Installed Products where it used to just say Builders Installed Products, this is very troubling to our customers that have used this for years, it now goes straight into their spam files.

E-sign not set up for multiple signatures to one email
Your e-sign process could use some updating. I have documents that I need two people to sign (spouses) but only one email address. I should be able to assign each signature request to a specific person (like docu-sign allows) to make this part of your sofware more user friendly.

Massive issue with adobe sign
Hi there, you have a fault with Adobe sign. When you open a PDF that has been altered and signed the changes to not show up on the PDF when opened in an iPhone. They show when opened on PC in Adobe but not on iPhone> The auto generated email with the document also does not show the changes when opened on my phone. This is a massive issue.

Cookie Warning covers Click to Sign
Our end users are encountering a serious issues with the "Cookie Warning" box because it covers the final "Click to Sign" request and prevents them from finishing the electronic signing process. This has resulted in missed deadlines and huge frustration.

Cookie pop up problems
Please move your cookie bar. Our clients continually think they've signed their documents bust haven't seen the "click to sign" button because it's under the cookie notice. This happens constantly and necessitates numerous emails and phone calls to explain what should be a fast and easy way to get documents signed.

Input preview function
I hope Adobe can add in this function, give "PREVIEW" of where we input our fields or where ADOBE had automatically input those fields.
Instead of sending to the signatory immediately , we should have an overall view of where did we input the signatories boxes, date boxes etc.
I have came to situation where Adobe automatically input the date field or I have accidentally input double field of signatories but as it was send immediately without a preview, it was rejected by the signer. Do prompt us(the person that create the form) if double input of signatories with the…

Request e-signature doesn't have Signature only option, the Signature include date, time, email, etc.
When I tried to request signature from the web, I want to add only Signature but there is no such component in web version. There is only Signature, date, etc. combine into one even if I select type as Signature.
Please add "Signature only" in web version.

Highly Disappointed
Extremely disappointed in this software!!! I recently switched from DocuSign and I tried to utilize the e-sign feature for 2 separate clients and the severs is unavailable. This is unacceptable for a company of this magnitude. If your going to get in the game of e-signatures, then live up to it. I cannot afford to not be able to get my documents out for signatures and can't be delivered. This situation has caused me to consider cancellation.

You really should be able to give more information when viewing the columns of "recent" and such documents you sent for signature. For instance a column showing WHO you sent it to for signature is helpful because then I don't have to click on 7 files to find the right one since they are the same file sent to different people.

Acrobat Pro(デスクトップ アプリ)で、「電子サインを依頼」機能を利用する際に、不具合が生じています。
具体的には、以下の操作の際に、高い確率でエラーが生じ、操作を受け付けなくなる、というものです。
・「この文書に電子サインする受信者を追加」のコメント欄や件名に、日本語で入力
・契約書のテキストフィールドに、日本語で入力一度操作を受け付けなくなると、デスクトップ アプリを再起動するまで、不具合が続きます。
英語での入力や、テキストエディタからのコピー&ペーストでは、このエラーは生じません。また、ブラウザ上での電子サイン操作であれば、日本語入力も問題なく行えます。
契約書の送信時に、非常に大きな問題となっており、早急の解決を望んでおります。

. Most signers never read the message because the "Review and Sign" is above the message.
