It won't let me share anything - keeps saying share error.

Bring back the ability to share Multiple FIles!
PLEASE PLEASE... reenable the ability to share multiple files on Document cloud via a browser... It worked so well!
How it is now with the single file only is horrid and very time consuming and does not work for sharing files that are part of the same project. A Drastic change Adobe!!2 votes -
Restore the old interface PLEASE!
Tools either don't work or have just been removed since the web interface was updated. I am no longer to share more than one file at a time unless I open Acrobat. :-(

you used to be able to share after checkboxing mutiple recent docs now the button disappears after you click on 2 items.. Please advise on how to continue to share multiple uploaded docs. TY

I need more thorough explanations of products
By being consistent. Different help agents say one thing and it is not true or another staff states differently.
Please alert me when I do something my plan doesn't support.
I was told I could Edit with the "PDF Pack"
I was told and read I could combine files under the same plan. I now have PDF Pre mium plan as your staff stated it was the way I could do things as noted above.
I cannot afford to pay any more for signatures and management of the PDF's. I need a thorough explanation of what I can do with…1 vote -

New interface SUCKS!!!!
I'm not going to hold back, this new web interface SUCKS and seems to be getting worse!!!!! Now I'm not even able to share multiple files anymore. I don't see the share button unless I select one file at a time.

Document Cloud share file bug
Until about last week I could upload multiple files using Document Cloud > Share Files > Computer > drag & drop, and create one link. Now it won't let me upload more than one file. Even if I upload one file, the link that used to show up in the lower-left corner saying "add a file" (or "add files" or something) isn't there anymore. If I try to drag&drop more than one file, I get a warning as shown in the attached image. A critical reason that I subscribe to this service is to be able to upload multiple files…

Bring back the forwarding!
Not being able to forward shares like in the old interface needs to be fixed. I attempted to share today and received a message from the system saying "Unable to send. Try again later." This neve happened with the old interface, but if it had I would have been able to forward the files and message without having to start from scratch.

Sharing doesn’t work from my iPhone.
When I try to share a file from my iPhone I don’t see any of the boxes I just get a white window.

Seems like we are Beta testing the interface!
It feels like Adobe is using us all to Beta test the interface. It is and has not been ready for prime time and I for one would rather have the old interface back. The only changes the old interface needed, from my point of view, was to all the sharing of more than 50 files per share, and the ability to type more than a 1000 character message.

This problem riddled interface needs to go!
Get rid of this new interface! On top of the problems I have had using it, I just had a client tell me they could only see 10 out of 45 images I had shared with them. Adding insult to injury, the option to download more than one file at a time is gone! :-(

“C” used to stand for “The Customer is always right”. For months people, myself included, have been complaining about this interface upgrade. It seems our complaints are being ignored and while I can’t speak for others, I’m extremely bothered that I’m spending my hard-earned money on something that isn’t meeting my needs or expectations. The new interface has added to the time it takes me to get things done because it is far less streamlined and useful than the old interface. Please give back the old interface!

Give back the old interface! This one is no good!
I am no longer able to use this interface to see all the links I have shared via “Send & Track”, now known as “Shared for Viewing”. Thank goodness after contacting support, and that is a whole other topic of discussion, it turns out I’m able to see them all via the Acrobat application. Please give back the old interface!

Lost functionality!
When I use “Send & Track”, now known as “Shared for Viewing”, to share more than one image with a client I am no longer able to tell exactly which images they view and download the way I was with the old interface. Please give back the old interface!

Give back the old interface!
Give back the option of re-sizing image views. When I share an image in portrait orientation my clients must scroll up and down and aren’t able to change the zoom so they can see the whole image. Even better, just give back the old interface!

At the risk of being redundantly redundant I’m going to say this again. Please give back the beloved and functional interface we had before someone decided to fix something that wasn’t broken, at least not like this interface!
