Features not working in web app but work in desktop
1) Page labels in the web app does not work the same as the desktop app. I would even say it does not work at all.
2) Bookmarks in the web app sometimes show and sometimes do not show. Sometimes Refreshing the page helps (the bookmarks appear), but then they dissappear again. I would say bookmarks are not being supported in the web app.
3) I cannot change the color properties of the bookmarks in the web app. If I have changed the color properties of a PDF in the desktop add to red, and then upload the pdf in…

- Can you please help to elaborate the issue you faced while using Page Labels? Meanwhile please find the documentation for Page Labels(Numbered Pages) on Acrobat Web https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/number-pages.html to assist you with the feature on the web.
- For bookmark issue, Is the issue happening only on one file or happening for others also? Is it possible to share the file with us to look into this further?
- Sorry to hear that, Colour properties are not available in Web yet, it is highly recommended to use desktop for properties feature on bookmarks.
- We looked into details and found out your Acrobat Pro subscription on Enterprise profile is not active anymore, Only Acrobat web free service is enabled with your personal account.

Desktop Not Available From Windows (email)
I recently downloaded a file from my email and noticed that it opened within a portal instead of the usual Open Desktop app. As a result, I saved the file in my cloud account and tried opening the PDF again from my desktop app, only to find that it still opened in the portal. This posed an issue because I needed to extract each page as a separate file, as the entire text file size is 96kb and couldn't be uploaded to the application I was using.

- when you tried to open downloaded file, which portal you have observed, Is it Chrome Extension portal (Url contains: chrome-extension://) or Acrobat Web portal (Url contains: http://acrobat.adobe.com/)?

lagging scrolling file on website
too lagging when scroling the pdf file, when using Adobe reader app on desktop, it does not lagging, but web too lag, happen on any laptop

Errors, unusable software
I purchased acrobat a few weeks ago but the software is completely unstable and almost unusable. Whenever i open a document i get error messages and the screen freezes, i will be cancelling my subscription and seeking an alternative PDF software if this is not solved quickly

Unable to read PDF files
I have an Adobe Acrobat account but all of a sudden all my PDF files are unreadable. The message is telling me it can't find the file and to check if I have the address correct.

Adobe speed lagging.
Adobe DC documents are moving very slowly where it freeze up frequently. Is there a known internal issue with Adobe as our organization has not been able to resolve.

PDFs will NOT open on my laptop!
Cannot open any PDFs on my laptop. Have spent hours upon hours and my IT guy has spent hours upon hours trying to resolve it.

adobe popup is annoying
the Adobe home screen pops up every time I open a PDF. Signing in does not help. How can I stop this? It is extremely annoying!

Opens Blank in Cloud | Fine in Local Reader
This file, attached, when I try to open it in your web editor or in the Edge Browser extension, it just shows up blank. I can resave it, I can compress it, I can't search it. But even after resaving or compressing I can't see anything in the document unless I open it up in 1) your offline DC reader, or anyone else's PDF reader, including Edge's own PDF extension/viewer.
Just figured you might want to know about the issue. I'm not too worried about it, but ya'll might want to use the document for internal troubleshooting.

Literally nothing works and I can't even sign in
I just bought Adobe and literally no aspect of what I have bought so far has worked. Complete waste of money... its literally the only way to do anything with pdfs so its impossible to not have it. But it is literally useless because it doesn't work anyways.

Viewing PDF's easily in a browser
I have been trying to figure out when I want to view a PDF file online, how to allow me to view it in Chrome and NOT DOWNLOAD IT EVERY TIME!!!! It's causing me an issue with filling up my hard drive and cloud storage that's to the point I am hating adobe PDF viewer. I am just a person that reads things and doesn't need a full pdf conversion system or signature permissions and can't afford to pay a monthly fee for all the stuff you offer that's perfect for a business.

Automatic skipping slides
I'm finding it impossible to review a presentation as it skips through the slides automatically, faster than I can even read them. I have no control over this. Multiple presentations are doing this. Sometimes it skips through two slides for every one click, and sometimes it blows through 50+ pages.
