VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE
I just signed a document and clicked on the "you can download..." Instead of the document, I am redirected to your "Hi Nora" page. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE... This never happened to me with the other platforms that offer similar services such as DOCUSIGN... Hope you will be able to fix this asap.

Stop app hanging! PLEASE!
PLEASE stop Acrobat PRO DC and PhotoShop from hanging everytime I launch the programs. This never happened earlier. Now I have to launch, quit (before it hangs) and repeat several times (like a warm up) before I use either app.

AI Assitant
Ai Assistant was a big reason I upgraded. I wasn't expecting that the AI could only analyze 120 pages, but was glad to see that I can extract 120 pages into separate files and have the assistant function. It seems slow at first to start but after the initial start it is relatively quick with responses. When will it be able to analyze larger PDFs?

User-friendly features for beginners
1) Unable to save a copy of the form with another name and protect the original.
2) Unable to undo a change. No arrow to undo.Your software needs to be user-friendly.

Adobe is useless on my laptop. Can't re-install without paying more money. Now what am I going to do???????????????????????????????
I uninstalled adobe on my laptop thinking I can re-install it because all functions stopped. Now I can't do that. Your brainless robot is useless and needs to be removed. I don't want to spend more money and I'm being forced to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Autosplit Plugin gone?
I had Acrobat DC, it had an autosplit function, your so called Improvements have removed this function, I split one PDF into multiple documents by a string of matching text, now we can no longer do this, any suggestions for a solution, there is no support for your expensive product!

issue with highlighting
Recently Microsoft has been first converting all pdfs to their version of PDFs in Windows. I set up the default to only use Adobe and now I can't highlight because the cursor is paragraphs long. Is there away to format the text or highlighter? It is rendering the PDFs for me as useless.

500 Error, Download page not available
I am clicking on "get your apps" and trying to download deskpop on my new computer. It just keeps giving me a "500 error, this page is not available. It has done this for the last two days. Please fix."

Shortcut keys not working
For months, I can no longer use shortcut keys (Ctrl+C) in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have searched for resolutions, but nothing works. This is super frustrating.

Extract pages BROKEN
WTF happened to extract pages?
When I try to do this I'm taken to this unhelpful URL:
https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/organize-pdf/It amazes me how often you all fix things that aren't broken and in the process break them.

Copy and paste
There used to be the ability to copy and paste a message into the message box, but now you have to type it in and if you make a mistake, it won't let you backspace or delete it to correct the mistake.

Adobe Sign Email Spammed
Adobe's e-sign request emails get identified as spam once sent to customers for e-signatures. Happens more often than not and I have to follow up with an email saying that it was, in fact, from me and it is safe to open. Is there a way I can set the email sender with my company email address?

Split Page
I am tired of the split page function saying it cannot split my file. Also it only being able to split 19 pages is far too low. Also, isn't there a function to separate the entire file to 1 page rather than having to physical to click on the page split boarder
