For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The file menu doesn't appear, I see only a wheel spinning animation after click and I have no way to manipulate with files in any way. Reloading the page doesn't do anything.

  2. Adobe has gone from one of my most trusted apps (when I could download to my computer) to THE MOST FRUSTRATING piece of technology I am forced to deal with in my business operations. The reason being is that I am paying for the subscription, but more times than not, I AM UNABLE TO ACTUALLY USE IT!!! Repeatedly, when I try to login, it tells me my subscription has expired and prompts me to PURCHASE A SERVICE I AM ALREADY PAYING FOR!!!!   4. Your default date format is unable to be changed.

    Tried the link below but I went to Account Settings but no ability to change Global Settings.

  11. On-line version of Acrobat does not have the function I require (redaction).

    Desktop version of Acrobat does not install (and takes forever to not install because of requiring prior installation of Creative Cloud app).

  12. "Sometimes two files show the same name or title."
    Due to this issue I accidently deleted a important scan, which i did not have any backup.
    So, please fix this issue.
    Also, There should be a Trash Bin or Recycle Bin for deleted files, where they get auto deleted after 30 or 60 days.

  16. Hello,

    I would like to point out that Acrobat may need to be used offline. The way it's configured now, you can't use the application without being online. Sometimes Documents need to be edited for personal use. Making Acrobat unusable while offline is ridiculous. Sometimes people travel on a Train or Bus where the Internet is not available. These situations exist out there in the world and a Customer should be able to use it anytime they want. Sometimes, people run out of minutes from their Cell carrier and therefore any document(s) being created are lost. I liked it better…

  17. Ich benötige für meine Mac Book mit High Sierra die ältere Version CS6 zu neu wieder installieren. Und diese sind einfach nicht mehr zum Download verfügbar. Ich zahle zwar monatlich, kann aber das Programm nicht mehr installieren. Bitte stellt doch einfach auch noch die älteren Versionen zur verfügung.

  19. Acrobat is a horrible product for business users in a. I am an admin and the functionality to manage your products and services while deploying them to users is abysmal. I am so sorry I purchased this and will be looking for any alternative. Look... the 1990's called and they want your outdated product strategy back! This is the age of cybersecurity and secure document management.
