Pick You Own Apps Subscription
I just moved my sub to a photoshop only sub because I just did not use all of the stuff in the top creative sub for the price, however, would be nice to still be able to use Adobe Acrobat on my PC as part of this sub, I mean I think Acrobat for the PC should be able to come with any sub and not be forced to the web app.
That being said, you should have a decently priced sub model where we can pick the items we want instead of an umbrella sub that costs a bundle,…

Adobe, you are too expensive, I don't need all the features.. As a personal account, I don't want to pay $400 a year. You need more options. My choice is to not subscribe. I have cancelled after many years because I cant afford it. I don't use it enough. But I do like to use it occasionally, but I am not paying $50 for one month...

Inconsistent and incoherent pricing
When I needed to renew my annual plan I decided to try Adobe Acrobat pdf Pack, so paid for that, not realizing I would not be able to edit pdfs, only export them. At that time, renewal was $159. Then i Just went to upgrade and it tells me $239. When I go to sign up rather than upgrade, the annual price is $179. What the ****?!?!

Arnaque à la résiliation et à la facturation
Adobe gratuit est une arnaque. Vous pouvez résilier mais si vous ne faites pas très attention plusieurs achats courent en même temps et tout est fait pour que vous oubliez des marches à suivre. Pour ma part je viens d être facture de 23,99€ alors que j'ai résilié le même jour que l essai gratuit. Or tel que c'est proposé j'ai résilié l assistant IA pour adobe et à aucun moment je n'ai vu de proposition pour un abonnement à adobe acrobat pro. La résiliation à eu lieu le 15 pour un achat le 6 avril. Normalement je devrais être…

Would like a human
Have a human available. I've been trying to see if an email i rec'd was a scam or not and your virtual assistant didn't have a clue how to help answer this. a human would not have cost me 15 minutes in my day. awful service. SO if you intend to charge me $325 today, don't. I didn't authorize it and I think it's a scam (this came via email) but I can't confirm since you don't offer a human.

Cheating on customers - Will you even read this?
The paid plan is useless, you are fooling your customers. First of all, you are misguiding your customers by compulsory yearly paid plans, or charging double amount to cancel the plan. Even after customers are paying monthly, you are not giving access to the tools that you show as "included" in your paid plan. Such a pathetic and worthless service.... Not expected from Adobe!!!
