For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Es imposible trabajar, me da error todo el tiempo, me dice que me suscriba cuando tengo una suscripción PRO. Hace semanas que no consigo hacer nada de aquello apra lo que lo contraté o lo hace de forma deficiente y no puedo darme de baja sin penalización. Me siento estafada.

  5. Yesterday I looked at your site about the tools I had available in my subscription prior to renewal. I checked and came to the conclusion that it had what I needed, the ability to turn a Microsoft doc to a pdf. Now I try to do it and the site wants me to upgrade. Why bother, I'll just send a jpeg! Wow, next screen, with options to cancel subscriptions, indicates you run into this problem frequently.

  10. I applied for a premium adobe Acrobat which I now have to pay for as every time I try to cancel it says I dont have an account. Why are you taking money from me if I dont have an account. I know have to report this as fraud

  13. Sorry, aber der Download und die Installation sind katastrophal.. Hinweis auf Sicherheitseinstellungen vom Exploerer (den es ja nun schon seit Jahren nicht mehr gibt)
    Firefox oder andere kennen Sie nicht ??
    Bei den ganzen Fehrlermeldungen (Popups zu Internet Explorer) die man dann nicht einmal mehr schliessen kann??) das braucht doch kein Mensch

  14. I have repeated payments coming out of my bank account every month since August 2022 although every email and account I have says I have no paid plans. The virtual assistant provides no way to actually resolve this issue.

  20. I did NOT sign up for this service!! I cancelled muy account last year and somehow I've been getting billed again for 6 months this year!?!? This is like a virus on my computer. I don't want Adobe on my computer, nor do I want this service or to pay an astronomical amount for a service I don't want. thumbs down.
