PDF renamed on download
I use Chrome. I'm very frustrated that the Adobe Acrobat PDF plugin changes the name of PDFs downloaded from the web. Please fix.

files wont share
This has been so horrible. I can't upload pdfs to the Adobe cloud. I can't share a folder full of pdf files with my accountant from adobe acrobat pro. I can't find help on how to do this.

I have uploaded a pdf file for comments and cooperation and some pages are not displayed. They are slow to load and never load. It tells me that it is loading but nothing happens.

How do I disable Adobe Cloud? It is useless and invasive.

Adobe not opening
I cannot open some of the Adobe files I have been working on. rebooted several times. no change. checked for updates and when I try to do it I get this error page. I cannot figure out why it's not working and I pay for this service every month. :( Please help!

Customer service is very disappointing!!!
Very dissapointed with this service and their customer service!!! i will give it a -0. We are a busy company and i contacted to ask for help while also working, i've vbeen oput on hold and waited more than 15 minutes, but when i had to let them wait for an emergency they quickly closed the chat not even helping me resolve the issue!! i will not recommend this service to anyone!

Drop and Drag
In the old version we could drop multiple documents into the drop and drag box which was very useful as we attach multiple schedules to our documents. Now it only allows us to drop one document and then we have to go in and take additional steps to add more documents and it takes more time and takes longer to load.

However, it's important to mention that current version of the app does allows dragging and dropping multiple files for different features of the same, could you tell us the steps you took when encountering this issue? Meanwhile, you can switch to earlier version by following the steops below,
- Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
- On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
- Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

for Sorting tool, instead of the latest modify date arrangement, Adobe should include the Original Added Date for us to know when is the sequence of adding

Ondrive connection?
Hi Adobe Team
I tried to drag and drop or move some scaned documents from Adobe Scan to my connected One Drive storage. I could not manage to do it. I could only download the zip file and uploade the documents to OneDrive manually.
If that is a planned behavior, it renders the adobe scan app and the adobe storage useless. Is there a trick to it?

Files in Cloud
Non riesco ad accedere ai miei file in cloud.
Mi dite che ho 19,4 GB su 5 GB - e mi chiedo come sia possibile.
Credo di aver cancellato tutto e non ho più rinnovato l'abbonamento.
Vi chiedo pertanto di cancellare qualsiasi file sia ancora, per qualche motivo, riferito al mio account.

Please change e-signature capabilities back
We used to be able to upload files with signatures on them so that our providers could sign as well. Now that's not an option because the document is considered to be "secured." Please bring this feature back - it is essential for our work!

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
