Need the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro!!!
I got a new macbook and it will not let me download Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my new computer. It says it is not supported on my platform but I am paying for it. I need to be able to use it without being connected to the internet- not on the web!

I am unable to edit text or images. What has happened to Adobe Acrobat Pro? It is no longer supported by my OS.

Dere kan forbedre ved at det IKKE må ventes med å signere av andre enn første jeg skriver på. Dette gjelder i mitt liv i dette tilfelle og har derfor skrevet testamente. De andre er klare til å underskrive, men får ikke mulighet og jeg synes at når jeg betaler som uføretrygdet og privat person burde få såpass ut av de pengene jeg betaler inn.

OCR Not Working on Large Documents
Acrobat Pro DC for Windows (21.001.20138).
Acrobat will not OCR entire large documents (i.e., 500-1000) pages. It will OCR a couple dozen pages then stop, as if the OCR process is complete. No error messages or anything. However, the vast majority of the pages in the document remain unsearchable / not OCR-ed.
BUT, if I scroll to one of the pages that was not OCR-ed, and choose to OCR just that page (as opposed to the entire document), OCR works for that page. This has only become an issue with the most recent version(s) of Acrobat Pro.

Not allowing me to convert
The last 3 times I tried to convert a file it sent to to a page to choose a plan when I already paid. How do I overcome this? Thanks

PDF sharing/unsharing issues with comments
PLEASE allow for shared documents to be reopened easily OR alert that accessing comments will be next to impossible post unsharing. This has been a huge headache and no one seems to be able to assist me.

**** enhanced security
I click "don't trust my browser" by accident. Then I can't download anithing! How the **** can I change that???? I downloaded your software for this **** and still can't find how to trust my browser in the setting. You wasted a lot of my time! Why Cant i just trust the browser ????? I dont understand why you make this so complicated!!! ANd I CAN'T disable the enhanced security!!!!!! Your software is simply a pievce of ****

Library Templates Auto Delete
Is there a way to prevent library templates from automatically disappearing after 30 days? Would be nice if frequently used templates would remain visible in the document manager until the user chooses to delete/hide them. Otherwise I have to go digging for them in the search section each time I need to send a template. Hopefully an easy fix for such a brilliant company. thanks.

I cannot request or send signatures on forms, it instructs me to contact customer service.

Sorry you’re having trouble using the product. You do have entitlements for Request Signatures but there was an issue with processing your recent entitlement changes. It’s fixed now and you should be able to request signatures. Please let us know if you still encounter issues.

One of my clients on a mac computer didn't have a button for signing/submitting back to me... just a bubble saying all fields have been completed...

practically worthless
Very poor experience. I've converted a PDF to Docx but cannot edit the document or see how to save to my device. Not entirely sure what advantage I have gained by doing this process?

Terrible documents view - bring back legacy view
This "All agreements" view is vastly inferior to the previous view. When managing large volumes of documents it is not easy to filter and see which items are pending for myself in date order (previously the groupings were there, and could then be sorted by date). I have many items in the "Waiting for you" view which are actually not waiting for me. Why? They were not listed in the legacy view. This is a total mess!

Not happy with the trial
I've tried to send a contract 3 times, its failed and I got an error message.
I'm now trying to figure out if any of them actually got sent to the client. How do I find that out?
The contract is still showing as draft - does that mean it hasn't been sent out?

Adobe apps should be in Mac App Store.
Adobeのアプリを、WebサイトからではなくMac App Storeで配布してほしいです。利用者としては、野良アプリのインストールにはいくらAdobeのサイトといえど躊躇せざるを得ませんし、偽物が出回ってしまう可能性もあるのではないでしょうか。安心してインストールができる、現在のシステムよりも簡単にアップデートができるApp Storeでアプリを配布してください。
