For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Terrible UI Check Box Update

    Why would you move the ability to mark off that a change was made from a top level tick box to a hidden submenu. Are you trying to slow us down while we are on tight deadlines? Before we could mark our changes quickly as we made them. Now I have to wade down to the bottom of buried submenu.

    This shows an incredible lack of understanding of how users were using Adobe Acrobat to maintain a production process.

    Please go back to the old way as it was faster and more intuitive.

  7. ALL FILES BEFORE JULY 12 ARE MISSING????

    All of the files we had sent through the system before July 12 are missing. These are files that go back to 2012 when we started with EchoSign. If this is Adobe and files are in the cloud then why the need to purge all my old agreements?? ADOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? That was 6 years worth of agreements and signed documents that you decided I didn't need anymore?!?!?!? I want an answer for this and a restoration of my missing files NOW.

    Adboe Sign is different. No notice to me....!

    I'm a Pro DC subscriber. I can't download adobe Pro DC unless I subscribe on the spot, I'm signed in as me, you should recognize that it's me and let me download it as an active subscription. No help to me.

  13. Send reminder to review participants

    When sharing a document for review by sending an invitation, there is an option to set a deadline and a reminder. This request is to provide an option to send a reminder after the review has been shared.

  14. Color is totally off

    When I open up the link and view the pdf file, all of the photos have this God awful green tinge to them. That discoloration goes away once you download the PDF but now I can't use this function to share my clients pictures with them. I will get SO many complaints if they see these.

  16. Change back to previous layout

    I Absolutely hate this layout... We have been using it but it is such a time consumer. Software is supposed to allow you to access your information in the fastest and most intuitive way possible this is not it. Let me prove it. When you log in what do you customers want... First they want to see everything they sent off , anything that is waiting for them, and all of their templates so they don't have to go clicking around to find it.     we are trying to drag and drop files under the combine and organise option, and when we try to upload it goes grey and nothing happens. Or it ignores the file.

    Está muito ruim. Era muito melhor antes. Não acho opção de apagar, não acho opção de criar modelo de campos para assinatura... tentaram deixar mais simples - ficou - mas retiraram (ou esconderam) funcionalidades básicas que deixam a experiência horrível. é uma pena, vou ter que achar outro.
